I've been so many times to Sweden as I am ½ Swedish and ½ Italian but never had the opportunity to visit this very interesting museum but I'm very glad that you have such distinguished visitor as I always learn something new! The 7.5 cm PaK 40 auf Fahrgestell Panzerkampfwagen II (Marder II) (Sd.Kfz. 131) was a good tank destroyer despite with having thin armour and high silhouette.

Huge thanks to Mr.Doyle for elabolate explanation about the vehicle. The track link on Panzer 1 seems not the original track. It seems those tracks are for the Maultier with chevrons on them.

Yes you are right !. the track link of Panzer1 and light Maultier are both same track link. But just like other track link of early German panzers, they did not have chevrons on them. The track link for Steyer RSO was much wider track link than Panzer1 I believe.

Why are they all in a desert looking paint scheme? I’m assuming it’s paint primer I hope because the king tiger and others were never in the North African campaign.

It is supposed to look like the later Dunkelgelb colour used from 1943 onwards and not the sand colour used in Africa, but since the paint job has been done long after the war it might not be correct as it should

@@stefankarlsson9762 You did not bother to go listen what Doyle said did you? He literally states that the Stug does not exist anywhere that can be viewed (when standing next to it in the museum).
