Very cheeky, money-grabbing move, unless you're willing to grind hard to earn virtual currency, which I'm not as it takes most of my time and focus away from other, more enjoyable modes that I'd rather play. It feels like most of us get an incomplete game unless we're willing to play MyFaction to death or shill out more money. Not a fan and I think if this continues, I'll reconsider future games.

MyFaction killed the series imo. It feels like a slap in my face hidding content behind a "paywall". I don't have time to grind myfaction everyday so I can unlock everything, and even if I did, I'd get bored of it fast. I also refuse to pay 60% of the games price for in game credits to be able to unlock one wrestler. 2K can really f off with the game mode. Its also a shame they made it gambling system to theres only a small chance of unlocking good stuff.

@Hexx_Iztenze sweet I actually been commenting this for months now. Your the first person who actually responded to me with the same opinion. I agree 100% Brock should've stayed in. The decision to remove him made no sense. 2K is really starting to become a joke and it's sad to see. I had high hopes for them. Only way I can see this getting fixed is if they patch in all 4 versions of Brock Lesnar and add in some actual wrestlers. Truly I hope 2K makes the right choice for the fans. I been pretty bummed about this years game I paid for 40 years of wreslemania edition. I been disappointed ever since I got it.

@Chickenwingdings725 like you, I paid for 40 years edition. It's been disappointing to me that create mode, for example, has a glitch we all complained about in 2k22... I know why they removed Brock, but nothing so far in the rumours with Lesnar in the Vince issue was proven. My opinion is innocent until proven guilty. It's a disappointment for lots of WWE fans that he isn't there. We shouldn't have to rely on people like Status on CC to provide hidden content, especially when we paid for the top edition. Right now, I don't plan on getting 25.

Lemme guess: WWE 2K24 DLC pack 3 is on July 24th and I'm not gonna play with some Pat McAfee and his crew this time. I'll go with DLC pack 4 this fall cause The Global Superstars Pack (Jade, Nia, Lyra, Kairi, Dragon Lee and Carlito) will be SO much better than DLC pack 3. Period!

Exactly you used to get vc from every match type and game mode in the game. The higher your match rating the higher vc earned, I think it was like 750 vc for 5* matches.

Don't open the box of pandora....yes you "earn VC" by playing NBA 2K and it's used for everything you myPlayer needs: attribute points and clothing. NOW IMAGINE having to grind out VC to spend on characters you created or downloaded from CC so they're not a OVR 60! Sounds fun? The amount of VC you earn is pitiful and most people just opt to spend an addtional 50$ so they can play online! Or myCareer. If you don't spend enjoy having a player that is basically useless for weeks! GREAT, huh?!

I am glad that they made the AI better in some match types, But i wish they improved it in ladder & MITB matches.

painting a pig with yellow and black stripes don't turn it into a bee...the AI is dreadful and has been for years. From not working in stipulation matches (ladder/cage...) to constanstly switching who they target, to carrying you 50 billion times in a single match. It's a shame...if less ressources would be spent on bs like myFaction and it's predatory event calender it could allow for to get help and hire some people that actually CAN code AI.

As I've said before, I'm holding out hope that they load up the DLC characters for the Pat McAfee and Friends Pack with new and returning moves, like 30+ moves. If they give us new moves, and/or gives us back a ton of moves they removes in recent years, then it'll be worth it to me. Especially if they give us signatures/finishers of active superstars who are NOT in the game, so we can at least make them and give them their proper moveset.

Play universe mode. After I completed the 40y of wrestlemania and both career mode I went straight to universe mode(wwe 2k23 continuation)

The price of the persona cards is ridiculous. I'd pay $2 - $5 tops for basically re skins. Even that's pushing it. Also weird they skip August for DLC when it's Summerslam season.

Not paying no $30 or $40 ........not for Chad and Becky.....these Persona Cards should be no more than $10 to $20 at the most. We get Hunter Hearst but we don't get Big Poppa Pump.......and I say again.....more worried about MyFaction but catch do a correct patch to fix things and breaks other stuff.....and like you said....why buy this cards if they don't carry over to the next installment

Honestly even 10$ is a joke and a complete ripoff...they don't even give you "fresh models" of wrestlers like Becky or Chad...they reuse the models already in the game, slap on their old attires and wigs and that's that. And even if it was "new" models, animations, trons, music and everything else...10$? 10$ for a single wrestler vs. any DLC pack for the same price? NAH NAH

Lynch and Gable were actually in there before the patch. I got Gable on Friday for 100k mfp. Hopefully they will add more because im not trying to pay for packs or extra vc. Grinding is time consuming but id rather accumulate over time and get the ones i want that way. Whole thing still needs work.

They still need to fix the side plates for the nxt north American championship and the nxt cruiserweight championship because when you use custom side plates, they don't seem to work, and it's annoying 😤

On one surprise (no one's surprise) is that they fixed Honky Tonk Man's old entrance (Shake Rattle n Roll) and added his guitar into the entrance. (Only his Champion's Entrance) I was hoping they'd also fixed the Hacksaw Jim Duggan preset entrance, and added his 2x4.

Something else that I just hate about this game, is how the titantrons aren’t properly fitted to all of the trons on a lot of arenas. It’s like they made it fitted for like 3 arenas and all of the other arenas the text gets cut off or it’s a horrible visual of the trons

Instead of the door being added in the ECW Punk pack, 2K should have added stackable tables and the ability to setup. A ladder bridge between a standing ladder and the second rope on the inside.

The new 1.12 patch is broken too. Ai doesn't reverse grounded rear seated attacks. It just keeps eating it. Also,when you press control+L+I to make them seat in that position, it sometimes hit them with supine/prone attack instead😮

I missed my faction event on Sultan WWE characters that had action figures of them in the game. I missed out on trying to get some of the packs for them. Will that come back or is it permanently gone?

I did an experiment with the DeMastered series. I bought a 10 deluxe pack for $50 as I had it to spend, I wanted to see how many cards I could get from that series out if the 10 Deluxe packs I got three (Michin, Roman, and Xavier Woods) plus a duplicate Roman which was free MFP. So it was productive. The collection set reward Persona cards are probably never going into the card market sadly. I myself don't mind MyFaction existing because it can be a good test of skill, but the prices of some of these cards are insane though. $50 is all I'm willing to spend, and only if I even have it.

Would you happen to know why whenever I try to install someone on WWe2k24 it crashes my game. I have had a issue with this multiple times from 22-24 of my accounts getting corrupted and am growing tired of it

You have doenloaded to many wrestlers and/or arenas! You're save game get's corrupted, cause the game can't handle the amount data and that leads to crashes, EVERY TIME. The only way to avoid that is to stay under 200MB of download size from CC, at least on PC. If you can still start the game reduce your filesize of downloads in-game by deleting some stuff and that will make the game no longer crash. If you can't enter that menu in the game and reduce the save file size to UNDER 200 MB than, your save file is bricked and you have delete it and start from scratch in order to play!

Hi Matt I have got the new patch but the game is still taking forever to load and I still haven't got the Post Malone DLC even though I have the season pass. I am based in Australia and was wondering if this was the problem. I have every other 2k games and the only trouble I have had was 2k20 and 2k18 {on the switch only} as it works fine on ps4. Frankly next game i want myrise to get updates if you have dlc, that somehow interact with the people in that pack, have a couple matches involving them, it would make a pack like the pat macafee pack actually worth something, imagine having to run a gauntlet against a heel Pat and friends or something

I get "get your money" but gambling ads??.....especially around wwe content. Alot of kids getting sold on slots. Plus all the wwe money marks. Idk just a little off putting.

What I'd love if they add in the Pat Pack, is more new, creative, maybe from indie wrestling, moves. Yeah, we got a few new things with the Post Malone pack, but the only new things I'll be using are the Flatliners. I was expecting much more tbh, like what we got with the MGK pack a while back. I honestly miss the old "Moves Pack!" or "NXT Stars Pack" DLCs that were always there for some of the previous games.

Are there any guides for my Faction for complete noobs? I used to play ultimate team on FIFA years back, so I get the gist, but as a complete 2k noob, I'm not 100% on what's thr best use of my time in the mode (my main focus is to earn any skins you can use in the main game)

Does anyone think 2K will patch in fixed lighting for one of the outdoor stadiums? The entrances are dark every time. I feel like a lot of ple creations are wasted because of this bug

what they should do is make a text based season mode like story for their superstar universe mode (since its based on single player) with added cutscenes with multiple stories for backstage, out of the arena etc...

I would rather have packs of the 2k original wrestlers made playable than the Pat McAfee pack... Like you I'm ok with Pat being there, it makes some sense but his buddies are a total miss for me...

I'd like a moves pack added to the Mcafee DLC. For example, Shayna Baszler has been on the main roster for years and 2k still has not added her butterfly yokosuka cutter or reverse gutwrench suplex. They removed Macho Man's diving axe handle, Undertaker's running DDT still doesnt look as good as it did in SD1, Scott Steiner is missing his belly to belly suplex animation from the old SD games and things like that.

I still hope we'll see a host of new moves in the Pat and friends DLC. The 'stars' themselves I've no interest in, but the extras that may come with the pack have me intrigued. I agree with you that it's a waste of DLC superstar slots.

I do hope they add in a bunch of new moves. I was surprised that Sol’s Soul Snatcher is not in the game. I know they barely have any NXT talent in this game but at least add in their moves for the CAWs.

The patch didnt help me. Community creations crashes as soon as i try to download.

They still need to fix the community creations. I cant download anything without the game crashing. Then when you go to try and delete images, it crashes again.

new tag match problem changing tag partners during the match will make the character freeze and you cant switch partners anymore
