John Cena comes out on WWE Smackdown's 15th anniversary for Miz TV. On his way out he walks right over off the stage to hug a young boy in the crowd.

@@megadrax0838 He didn't make the company PG. Like, are you serious? He's just an employee. The McMahons make the decisions. He was extremely un-PG back before the shift to child friendly content.

I love this video! Cena is a Make A Wish ambassador for the Make A Wish Foundation, and that night one of John's kids from the Foundation was in the audience with his Dad! When he realized that it was a friend of his John wanted to go and say hi to him! John also gave Nick a hug and his Never Give Up towel that was in his pocket! John's girlfriend Nikki said in an interview " John would do anything for these kids in a heartbeat "! And that is totally 100% true! He has granted over 500 Wishes more than any other celebrity in the history of the Make A Wish Foundation!
