That little guy is ADORABLE!!! I can relate to him. I have Spina Bifida. I'm42 yrs old. When I was born, the doctos told my parents I would NEVER do anything, except sit in a wheelchair and be a vegetable. BUT I proved them wrong!

This seems like it was just to promote raw 1,000 and tell everybody how many wishes he granted if he does it for a good cause fine but there is just something about those john elway beaver teeth and that infomercial way of talking I just do not buy he sounds like he sells timeshare his motto is hustle louyalty respect after all I for one do not trust anybody that calls themselves a hustler.

Why respect him? All because he does this? When he was asked how many he has done, he said, "300". If he was REALLY the big hearted guy that you cena fucks make him out to be, then he would have said something along the lines of, "That doesn't matter." When a doctor saves a patient, does the doctor keep track of how many people he has saved? Chances are no. Its his occupation and he likes doing it. There is no reason to keep numbers. A REAL man with a big heart isn't going to keep track of these things and plaster them all over the media. Did you know other superstars have done make a wishs? We NEVER hear any thing about them. I don't mind seeing some of the ones Cena does, but dont make it a spectacle. He deserves no respect for that.

***** LOL you people are so butthurt about an in ring character. It's pretty immature to try and demonize a man because of the way he wrestles. It isn't about how "everyone does it so what makes him special." It's the fact that a kid is meeting his hero. Basket Case I'm 28 and Ill tell you exactly whats happening. I am 100% fine with kids meeting him. I am 100% fine with him doing make a wish stuff. What I'm not fine with, is how its put out for everyone to see. You hear the comentators always saying, "he did another make a wish today!" They say this stuff over and over. WWE tries to shove all of his charity work down your throat. Why? Did you know Rey Mysterio and Undertake have done make a wish before? Do we EVER hear about them? No. Because Cena is the top guy but everyone boos him. They try to tell everyone he does charity work and no one else. That way people will like him. They try to make him look like a hero, and the only hero on the entire wwe roster. Thats stupid. If Cena was a real hero, he wouldn't post these things for people to see. Charity work is very precious indeed, but when you start doing it, to get something out of it, the value fades. Do you see what I'm saying? You just made yourself look stupid by saying how I'm talking about his in ring character which I have not even talked about. I'm not butt hurt that he is the top guy. I'm butt hurt that kids with cancer and troops are being used to get cena haters to like this guy. If he wants people to like him, he needs to change his character.
