For anyone thinking about raising quail this is the way to go. Looks easy and seems to address all aspects of the needs required to maintain the birds. Always helps to have someone who has some experience show us the best and easiest way to go. Thank you, great video!

Loved the video! I am wondering about protecting this cage from rodents and snakes. Seems to me they could crawl under the feed trough. Any suggestions?

My cages are kept in a workshop. Smaller hardware cloth should be used if you need to keep predators out.

How long will the 3 gallons last, or how often do you fill it?

It’s according to how many tiers of cages you have and how many birds each. I run three tiers , 12 birds each tier and additionally it matters what season. Mine are barn kept and during winter I fill it about every fourth day… every third day during summer

You said these were fast shipping, i ordered a small single layer cage about 7 days ago and there hasn't been any update on shipping. How long does it take for them to deliver?

Depends on cage size but if you are speaking about this one I put 12 in each tier…10 hens two roosters
