EVERYTHING THEY’VE BUILT WILL FALL! Apocalypse is definitely one of the angriest and bluest villains the X-Men have had to face. X-Men: Apocalypse is jam-packed with action and destruction, so if you’re into that kind of stuff it was probably a good time. But the movie definitely raised some questions. Like what’s up with people not aging? Why does Apocalypse even need to recruit Storm, Psylocke, Angel and Magneto? What’s up with using Professor X to instant message everybody about their impending doom? Why is Jubilee even in the movie?
To answer all these questions and more, step inside the pitch meeting that led to X-Men: Apocalypse! It’s super easy, barely an inconvenience!

If it is the "same" Angel it shouldn't be possible but if it is another Angel then it is. (Can't remember from the movies if Angel in Apocalypse was named Warren Kenneth Worthington III or not. but then again how old would his parents be in Apocalypse and would they even have met over 20 years earlier? so only thing that works is that it is a completely different Angel and its not Worthington) Butterfly effects and all that.
