Thanks for your comment! :-) The 350 does look really nice. Vulkan has given me quite a bit of extra performance and I don't think I could switch back now so I hope that gets sorted!

@@finlayc Yep Vulcan definitely gave us all a boost on that account and I am sure they will get the bugs worked out soon enough. I am actually thinking about getting the B200 now. The 350 is a Study Sim level plane. I had no idea what that meant when I purchased it. It is over the top detailed for sure. But it is severely lacking in the documentation area. I think I bit off more than I can chew having just got into X-Plane. I have the Cessna 172 down, but it's about a boring as you can get plane. Anyway, nice work and keep it up. :)

Hi and thanks for your comment! Have you by any chance got your cockpit view set to 2D panel? Try changing it to 3D with "View -> Change (Internal) -> Forward with 3-D Panel"

In X-Plane you can assign custom views to the numbers on the numeric keypad. Move the mouse and zoom in until you have a good view of the autopilot. Then press Ctrl and 2 (or any other number) to assign the view to numeric keypad number 2. Move your view around again (or press w to reset to the default forward-looking view) and if you press 2 on the numeric keypad the view will jump back to the autopilot. If you want to assign other keys or joystick buttons search for 'Go to save 3-D cockpit location' in the commands list.

Using the CRS SEL button to switch between nav1, nav2 and GPS (RNV1) used to work in X-Plane 11.2. It seems there has been a regression in 11.3 :-( It is still possible to select between nav1 and GPS using the CDI button on the GNS 530 but it seems there is no way to select nav2.

@@finlayc Yep, I read that in the manual shortly after posting the question. Pressing CDI from VLOC to GPS does it! Next time I will read the manual first before posting questions! Tnx for answering anyway!

@@kishansn3145 Hi Kishan. I think it is the first button from the left under the upper larger gps nav display.

When I've encountered strange control issues like that, they've sometimes been fixed by selecting the X-Plane top menu option Flight -> Edit Failures -> Fix All Systems. (Fix All Systems is a button at the bottom left of the Edit Failures screen).

Yep. I think maybe it's not so bad in the real aircraft because after you have looked down you can manipulate some of the controls with your fingers. Easier in the Carenado B200 with the pop-up autopilot view.
