For simple cleaning, there is a method of spraying a spray cleaner. It is difficult to fill the air conditioner gas because it requires special equipment.

@@HeadwayDrive would be awesome ! I replaced it a few years ago but i have to re-tighten the brake shoes after a little bit of use and cant figure out why.

メンテナンス動画いつも参考にしています パットの山「７ｍｍ」なら、まだ行けますね。クラッチ付きだとエンジンブレーキを掛ける習慣があると思うので減るのが遅いかな？なんて思います

普段からエンジンブレーキを多用しているので、減りが少ないかもしれません。 交換時期がきたらローターも替えようと思います。

You shouldn't modify your brake pads. There is only 2mm limit on front disk thickness. Wear limit is 24mm, 26mm is standard thickness. Lip forms on both sides, so those rotors are on limit. especially there is no visible wear mark. Don't use crowbar this way to push piston back. Use wood block inside caliper or just press to push piston back inside. Wedging this way against rotor might bent it above runout limit (0.035mm). one more thing. use proper paste (ATE Plastilube i.e.) for pads and always use bit of lubrication on pad retainers. Clean pad retainers before putting new brakes and put drop of proper lube on them for pads to move easier and prevent corrosion (ATE Bremszylinder-Paste i.e.)

The pad has not been modified. The brake grease used is for brake pads only. I don't want to use anything other than genuine products. Using a crowbar to return the piston is commonplace in the racing industry. If this distorts the rotor, it's probably already distorted by the heat of daily braking.

there is no rule and it depends on driving style and conditions. More aggressive driving means more hard braking and faster wear. Worse conditions (more salt, sand) means faster wear. Some brake pads wear faster by design. Inspect brake pads on each service and each occasion.

Brake pads change based on the force and frequency with which you apply the brakes rather than the mileage. If you look at the actual product and it has decreased, replace it.

コメント失礼します。 皆んなグリースを塗ってますが、なぜグリースが必要でしょうか。 グリースを塗らないとどの様になるのでしょうか？

ブレーキを踏むと車両は停止しますが、このブレーキパッドにはとても強い力がかかります。金属部分の摩擦によってビビリ音が発生するので。パッドの外側にあるシムとグリスを利用して音を抑えています。

ピストン戻すときはリザーバータンクのブレーキフルードを少し抜いたほうがいいですね。 パッドの残量0から新品パッドに交換するような場合はブレーキフルードがあふれると思います。
