@RaceRebuildRepeat don’t destroy the intake. Plastic weld it. Using a soldering iron or harbor freight has a hobby iron that has screw in tips. What you do is where it’s broke stick the tip almost all the way in the depth of the plastic, but not all the way and just make a v groove then come back over where you’ve grooved it out and push the plastic back into the groove. Once it cools it’ll be stronger than what it was because it was. I’ve fixed dirtbike gas tanks, shrouds, air boxes all kinds of shit. And btw I have the Suzuki dirtbike that frank has on that poster in the background.

For the intake use body panel glue! I use it also on my plastic tabs on the rzr when o rolled over looks clean and also strong as hell. I use 3M body glue thag body shops use and car manufacturers, but body glee would work fine. I’m pretty sure.
