Everytime i hear that guitar when the show ends I get goosebumps. It never fails.

I watched this because it looked like eureka 7 and I'm glad I did.

I used this song for my final Art project that I turned In today. It's easly descibes how I feel about my teachers and friends that I'll miss that are still there. I just hope that I'll see them in A clear and bright future.

It'll probably lead to a spinoff. or a sequel, but this episode was so depressing, heck, the entire series was, but mostly this episode.

I haven't seen any of those (mostly because I didnt want to be disappointed), so Imma start with Eureka 7 and then Gundam X. Thanx :)

@TheEnjoi52 !. during the show there are several times where nakiami says that we will see them soon or something on those terms, when they come across a petrified xam'd. this leads one to think that they will return to normal after a period. and the whole 1000 yr thing is resolved because the show states that she will be awakened after smiles have been spread across the world by her!

akiyuki is waiting for nakiami, that was just, i wouldnt say imagination more like ghost of akiyuki that she saw at the end. ibut i guess well have to wait a thousand years to know the truth.

@TheEnjoi52 I'm guessing Akiyuki remembered himself because Haru kept coming to talk to him. And since there isn't a second season, I'm just gonna guess Nakiami wakes up after a thousand years and probably flies around for a while or something.

hmm.. I bet you probably watched Eureka 7. If you did, then I would recommend Gundam X; it is an old anime (came out 1996), but Eureka 7 copied most of the characters and settings from Gundam X, so you will find a lot of similarities between two. I'm enjoying it so far :)

I was dying to see this then finally saw it and it was meh. I thought Akiyuki was supposed to be main but there are consecutive episodes were he shows up about two minutes. He barely fights in the show when the animation is tailor made for epic fights. It had some good moments but I hyped myself up for it and it failed expectations. It was aiight in my opinion.

I'm in love with my best friend; I haven't confessed yet and I'm coming into the military. It's our senior year and we'll soon be apart; I just hope we don't get into a bus accident...

Why do the ending credits of Xam'd say the song is Just Breathe?

@Bhatch2007 Well...the animation was good. The character designs were alright, but the story was style over substance the whole run through. Pretty much the only clear answer given was "Akiyuki gets with Haru", something known by all viewers from the 5th episode at the latest.

@ClubPenguinVideoInc because apparently nonsensical anime with no storyline like bleach that has long since lost it's epicness and has now merely become a dbz clone with swords is more worthy of the air time and animation budgets than epic shows like this.

@Sociolog26 eemed plenty thoughtful to me what with the never ending symbolism. oh and please refrain from calling it a cartoon. there is a distict difference between anime and western cartoons and it's often very disrespectful to lump them together by calling them the same thing.

@Sociolog26 then you should have said that it lacked action. not that it wasn't thoughtful (though an anime can't even be 'thoughtful' in teh firstplace since it posesses no thought nor sentiment towards others). though honestly, if you call this a 'whiny' anime you have not seen anything yet. just look up the word shojo and you'll see real whining. Actually, the characters in this rarely whine or lament their own fate. one of the main themes for this show was the ability to overcome hardship
