The truth is that some third party games are ALREADY skipping Xbox. Putting more games on PlayStation will lead to further declining console sales and that in turn will lead to less and less third party support . Let's wake up and acknowledge that it's already happening.

I Missed the show, but regarding the Binge vs Weekly episode topic. It feels like most people that complain, seem to be content creators themselves that lament the chances of making Business on the back of the show. IGN, Kinda Funny or Game Informer talking about missed opportunities for watch-along weekly shows for the love of the show. As if anything but the algorithm is holding them back if it was really about the show. I rather have all episodes at once, and given the option to watch it at my own speed. That's why I pay for those services, to have options. Great Episode Guys!

Jez has said many times that console sales are not growing, but console usage is higher than ever because most people are still able to play on last gen. MS said from the beginning of this gen that they would continue to support last gen, at least to an extent.

@@Amearie i mean, that's exactly the point, console sales don't really matter anymore, you can play xbox games on PC, on the Cloud, on a TV etc. The actual box itself is just another method to play, but no longer the only one. Alao console engagement is up, meaning more people than ever are playing on an Xbox console, they're just not upgrading to the latest model, since Xbox make money through software sales rather than hardware sales, this isn't a problem.

The fact that Fallout is hitting such big sales in Europe, which is almost exclusively ps if anyone thinks that ES6 or Fallout5 are even gonna be a timed exclusive to xbox idk what to tell ya.

Here’s an idea. Have a team at Bethesda remasterNew Vegas in the new Creation engine, including the dlc content. Once all the technical work is done handoff everything to a team at Obsidian to do a new dlc quest line. I'm sure it would sell like 6 or 7 million copies at least, maybe more. The old game is jank as hell and still sells to this day.

I’ve been screaming about this console war has changed to a content war. I hate that Xbox games are on PlayStation. But in the end I just want Xbox to win so I can give Ponies the middle finger and be like I told you B. I’m an easy guy to please. Xbox doesn’t have the console base to beat PlayStation. But going to PC and putting the games on other platforms gives Xbox the reach to win. I don’t like it but it’s what it is. They are there to sell games not console. Yet I still want my Xbox console every generation. They sell enough games to justify pay making us a kick ass console to keep the hardcore happy. And they should

How bout knstead of a sequal to Sea of Thieves. They just make a Cowboy game in the same art style, and a apocalyptic game amd a space game but put them all in the same launcher. That way player keep their alexisting content but have new settings to play

Funny that Jez doesn't remember why they forget in FF8. I can see an argument as to why they still kept things the same, but I atgue thst there was no solution and they needed to act and continue. Having replayed FF8 and FF9 in the last few years I can say that I enjoy 8 more, if only because in 9 you barely had a choice in anything. They even lock your party members for what it feels like more than 50% of the game. Story in 9 is cool and all but it is a bit too slow for me (including the combat).

The multiplayer paywall on the consoles for non f2p is really heinous . 1yr gold to 1yr Ultimate conversion promo was a great reason to run an Xbox. Now that ratio is like 3yrs gold equals 2yrs Ultimate , and I suspect they reduce the promotional conversion ratio further. It’s trash on Ps5 too with $80 yr paywall & they have cloud saves locked to ps+. I want a digital copy of that LoTF new game , $53 is the cheapest I’ve seen on a console sale. Meanwhile on PC, Eneba(legit key seller) has that game with a global Steam key for $30. Consoles have zero leverage which is reflected in the trash digital pricing vs PC.

It dossnt matter if xbox keep making consoles and dont want to get out of it. But if they keep making games on ps and switch. People wont buy they xbox ...which they dont now . Wont matter if they make hardware. And once no one cares about the console doesn't matter if they change it will be too late . They already have a big decline in hardware

In fact I think that movie was so good they should have made a sequel based off the video game because I thought they did a good job. Take a simpler look at the console war. Playststion has a bigger install base than Xbox. Ok. Xbox have more studios publishers and games to offer consumers than PlayStation. PlayStation only has money for maybe three first party and then some third party. I’m generalizing. How do you make money. Selling consoles or games. Playststion has nothing to offer. Xbox has everything. Now they need to be able to get that console to consumer. So even if the ponies don’t buy a Xbox as long as they buy are games and play it on whatever Xbox wins. It ain’t pretty. But a win is a win.

FFS, there is no "statute of limitations" when it comes to spoilers, especially for videogames which can get a remake at any time. For example, I played the heck out of FF7 on PS1, like 20 years ago. I don't remember the story at all. Now I get to enjoy it again with the remake (other than a big moment that IGN spoiled for me since "everyone knows what happened in FF7"). Someone in their 20s might be playing and loving FF7R right now but since they weren't alive to play the PS1 version when it came out it's OK if they get spoiled because the game is 20+ years old? What BS logic is that? TL;DR: When it comes to spoilers, you are either an a**hole, or you aren't.

What I’m annoyed about is the solution has always been there: have Obsidian work on a sequel to Fallout NV, or a next iteration of Fallout, to be released around now. Obsidian has said they’ve wanted to do it, but BGS doesn’t play nice with them and it’s annoying. A new Fallout game could be out now and popping off but Todd is overprotective of Fallout games, maybe he was annoyed how much ppl liked NV

It's not just Bethesda nothalgia. Starfield was legitimately a very mid game. Ppl are very nostalgic for Dark Souls 1 and demon's souls. But guess what, sekiro and Elden Ring were both still incredible games for og souls fans. Bethesda has just turned into mid studio. And they have a lot to prove on the games front. With all that said, the Fallout tv show was fantastic. It's a shame Bethesda's recent games haven't been nearly as good.

Jesus Christ guys. You never took any biology classes I have a torn meniscus in my knee since my ACL tore in high school. Surgeon clean the knee up and took out the torn ACL. I walked around on a a kneee with no ACL and a brace for years. U til my knee became to unstable to walk on. Then I got a ACL reconstruction. My meniscus had been torn and probably worn away to nothing. And I will need a replacement knee when I get older. All from soccer. So this WWE guy isn’t badass. I’ve lived with this for decades carrying my tool bag going up and down stairs. He’s a cry baby for even having them mention it. I’m not like oh I can service your laptop on printer because I have a torn meniscus. A pulled groan causes more pain. Because it’s consistent pain. Baby

If PS games go day and date on PC then I defs won't buy future PS hardware. I main XBOX and PC. I have 3 Series X consoles setup in my gaming lounge and 1 PS5 setup on the 75" for the exclusives so that's why I still buy the XBOX hardware. Been a fan since the 360 and can't see myself not buying future XBOX hardware
