just giving some potential causes and personal experiences, this is just observations and speculations, but I think it may give a bit of insight, DEFINITELY let me know if you have experienced the flinch desync prior to a gunfight (this leads me to believe they are trying to get the lag compensation dialed in or something to do with frame buffering)

I noticed you are using MKB. Do you play with Input based matchmaking on?

Usually unless the lobby is taking too long at a late hour of night or early am, I find that desync happens from matching with ps5 and Xbox due to input based mm off putting you against not just pc on controller but consoles who can currently only play controller, not so much an issue playing vs controllers I don’t think they’re as strong as in cod, I find pc vs pc gets better hitreg and less desync in general than when you are going against somebody who has the extra step of ps network of Xbox live to add to the congested network

Console or PC? I think it's happening on both and is a server side problem on ubisofts end

yeah Im on PC and have a Ryzen 9 5950x and 3080ti. Im getting FPS drops when I have never had this before season 1 came out. Its annoying I hope they fix this fast. Also my brother is getting the same issue on PS5. Super SAD

you got a better setup than me and I can confirm framedrops too esp on certain maps in certain spots, I think they tried to improve the netcode and they overtuned something with the patch

thoughts about the colorblind mode? The Netcode feels worse than before launch and I think the reason is their servers are just bad. not an expert but yeah. the amount of players surge up and all of the sudden bullets go through brick walls and behind hard corners.

I personally find the yellow outlines and yellow dot to be less easily lost within abilities vs the red, I think it’s all preference, but it pops more on the screen for me when it comes in sight it contrasts more drastically from the background for me personally Possible Ubisoft hasn’t given the dev team enough server allocation so they’re spread thin over limited hardware (that would rly suck but not surprise me)

I'm about to delete this game if they don't get it right im tired of losing gun fights when I know I had the drop on them and not get head shots when I'm on target I really hoped this would be good game and for the most partits different and good but please get the net code right or they will not be around for long
