while m0nesy and donk are all the current hype i think Xertion is one of the more exciting talents to come up in a few years. Really great player and good interview

while faze are my all time favoruite team and rain my all time favourite player i can see xertion and mouz becoming 2nd to both. Also xertion seems incredibly smart, and understands the game to a high level I'm excited to see where he goes.

if xertioN fixes/solves his choking (trajectory is showing he will), he can be a top 5 player in the world, what he showed at proleague was outstanding, and keeping in mind his role is an entry/aggro space taker/creator, this guy's peak id say is prime niko levels

An interesting interview, as always. Xertion is very intelligent person, to me it became obvious back when he co-casted a game during Proleague, I think. What caught my attention during this dialog is that for some reason, instead of answering to a few straight questions (about difficulty to play against Faze, for instance), Xertion kept spitting sequences of affirmations and excuses. I wonder what it means psychologically. Is it him being just anxious in a spotlight? Is it him feeling “pain” to even think about the losses and accusations of weakness that force him to take this protective stance? Or is it a trained psychological trick to avoid memories of losses and “bury” them under confidence boosting self-motivating words? An interesting case, indeed
