For all friends who wanna visit Xi'an after watching Jason's video, if you wanna explore the muslim food street, don't eat ANYTHING on the main street. It's too commercial right now because it's one of the hottest tourist attraction in Xi'an. Go to alleys surround the main street, like Jason did in the video, the food would be much more authentic.

The city wall looks amazing in the eve. It's like ancient Chinese style inside the wall but there are still many modern buildings outside the wall. What a city.

Xi'an is VERY VERY old. The city has more than 3.000 years of history and was the final destination (or initial depending where you started) on the ancient Silk Road (from Europe to China). Much of China's history and its soul pass through this city.......

Beautifully filmed - watched the video on Shanghai too... lovely shots and I like your positive take. Regrading the variable prices , a Chinese friend also told me of that . She said it'd due to the liberalising that allowed the Chinese to move all over China so the newly arrived non-locals try to make more money by setting rip off prices. Travellers should be aware of that and it'd be good if everyone complains so we needn't worry about sharks in China.

Not just restaurants, but grocery stores or butchers where I can get halal meat and poultry. As a local nice video man! To all foreigners who look foward to visit Xian, avoid use an taxi. Use Didi(Chinese Uber). Also I would say the Muslim street is kind of a scam.(average/low quaitly&high price food and stuff). In Xian the best thing to do in my opinion is just ride a bike and go where ever you like.
