Because they don't seem to misaligned with the facts in HK but only arguing abt the law per se, unlike in Xinjiang a lot of allusions and allegations are made. Thank you for showing the intellectual level of you and your peers.

我反而觉得他就很像那种典型的政客，选票环境下熏陶出来的公关能力，说话一套套，说服力超强。真正做起事来没一件成事。全程只是在以高级的方式输出情绪，至于未来规划、理论方针一句没有。用我看过的一句话：让他去管菜市场都管不好。更加坚定了现代西式民主是空中楼阁。

他的邏輯看似嚴密，但是出發點就不對。 對於一國兩制他的看法是所謂的大陸不遵守兩制，所以他就可以不遵守一國，就可以搞獨立搞國家分裂。 這裡他完全是把香港擺在了中國同一個層級，但是事實香港是屬於國家管轄的一個地區，一國兩制是國家實驗一個地區發展的政策方針。 香港根本沒有權利對國家措施給予反制，地區認為國家做的不合理，可以合理要求反應爭取，但是把自己地位擺到和中國一個層級，妄圖反制丶分裂國家丶搞獨立，甚至把國家內部問題希望外國勢力插手處理，本身就是十分荒謬的。

我算听懂核心问题了，这个家伙有个核心的而且作死的观点：认为香港和大陆是平起平坐的，大陆针对香港颁布的“一国两制”，是双方平等的一个合同。如果大陆不允许香港自由的讨论'否定一国'，那么香港就无法言论自由，也就做不到两制。既然做不到他们想要的两制，那么一国就不仅仅应该被讨论，更应该可以通过游行罢工提出来。 归根结底，搞不清自己的地位。 香港更多是大陆一个“一国两制”的实验室。小白鼠能拒绝参加实验吗？一国两制是大陆提出来，大陆设计，在大陆通过法律，最终直接在香港生效的。这个实验方案的设计过程，香港是没有主导权的。即使中英在讨论香港回归时，也根本就没有给香港人插个话的地位。所以，香港人从开始到最后，都不是一个国家，都没有“自决”的可能性。当初就没有拒绝一国两制的权利，现在当然也是没有的。一国是两制的前提，如果一国被否定，那两制就只能消失，但是消失后，香港走什么制度，依然是由大陆做决定的。国安法不需要香港立法会什么事就可以通过，就是提醒他们“谁是爸爸”-------一国两制是大陆给香港的，不是香港人争取的。另外，香港和台湾是两个概念，台湾也许可以在和大陆讨论一国两制时有话语权，但是香港绝对没有。 他最后说，西方国家对中国很失望，因为中国没有实现他们期待的“民主化”，所以中国被这些国家越来越强硬对待。同时他也承认，这个也是他一直期望并努力去推动的。笑死了，你香港还没国家地位都上蹿下跳要求全面自决，不受影响。但是中国作为一个独立国家，走自决的道路，你却在推动外国对中国强硬一点，多影响一点。这样看，那么中国对这几个香港人强硬的处理，不是符合其逻辑吗？

Comparing the interview between 羅冠聰and 湯家騲, nathan is definitely more friendly and his performance is really up to the standard of international arena, not like the ronny tong who was completely bullshitting during the BBC hardtalk. 防止分裂在任何国家都是红线，记者的提问很准确。罗冠聪说，因为中央政府没有满足香港人的要求（普选），所以独立作为一个选项是民意的表达。所以说，当新疆，四川，伦敦，纽约，任何一个地方政府或者城市对于中央没有满足要求的时候，都可以选择”独立“作为回应吗？，谁毁坏了”一国两制“，政治是什么？罗冠聪还要回去学习。

I guess time is telling the story that the interviewer kept pounding him on whether he was being melodramatic in fleeing HK - the melodrama now becomes fact - the people who organized and participated in a legal primary are harassed and apple daily has been shut down. So .. let that be a lesson.

19:10 英國苦口婆心提醒中共要履行中英聯合聲明, 中共就說聯合聲明是廢紙。英國在黨安法後提升BNO逗留例件, 中共又突然說英國違反聯合聲明的「附件」。這就是中共, 我不用履行承諾, 但是你要。同樣地, 中共不用履行「兩制」但是你要「一國」。 In English: The UK has been repeatedly reminding CCP to keep their side of the bargain regarding the Joint Declaration, yet CCP claimed that the Joint Declaration is a piece of trash. After Hong Kong's national security law, the UK responded with a new BNO policy, and CCP immediately lashed out at the UK that it violates the "appendix" of the Joint Declaration. This is CCP for you, "I don't need to keep my side of the bargain yet you have to." The same case for the "One country, two systems", "I want One country but I won't allow Two systems."

What's the differences between Hong Kong national security law/extradition law with mainland of China and US/UK law? No one care about the basic fact but simply follow the logic chain built on lie. Who started the violence, Hong Kong police or the protesters? What's the differences between Hong Kong national security law/extradition law with mainland of China and US/UK law? And no one ask about one simple question: Should Hong Kong, as the territory of China, have its national security law, or any law to ensure China's national security??

主持人的提问相当犀利，符合节目标题hard talk。回答的话，我觉得不到100分，但70-80也是有了。也符合他自己说的，要世界听到他的一种声音。

他的邏輯看似嚴密，但是出發點就不對。 對於一國兩制他的看法是所謂的大陸不遵守兩制，所以他就可以不遵守一國，就可以搞獨立搞國家分裂。 這裡他完全是把香港擺在了中國同一個層級，但是事實香港是屬於國家管轄的一個地區，一國兩制是國家實驗一個地區發展的政策方針。 香港根本沒有權利對國家措施給予反制，地區認為國家做的不合理，可以合理要求反應爭取，但是把自己地位擺到和中國一個層級，妄圖反制丶分裂國家丶搞獨立，甚至把國家內部問題希望外國勢力插手處理，本身就是十分荒謬的。

The national security law in HK is not the same as other democratic country. This one brings its own judges and no jury are present. It is not really a court system when the prosecutor, judge and jury are the same guy.

He is much more capable than Joshua as an international spokesperson for HK's democracy movement. He is almost on par with Edward Leung. Personally I am a bit disappointed that he didn't back up self-determination and Independence for HK though.

It would be really interesting to ask the host to reflect on all the questions he asked Nathan. Time did tell, Even Germany is moving their position. You can even do business with a country do not respect international law or commerce rule. When China says Win Win, it means China wins twice. 作为一个做新闻的晚辈，前辈的采访技巧学习到了，整场控制着话题的方向，当嘉宾说到无关主题的话题时立刻打断，根据被访者的回答随机应变，问题锋利而不是过于刺耳，优秀的提问者，优秀的记者，当然这一套用在对于任何问题都有回答模板的人身上也没有用，罗冠聪回答的还算不错。

Questions weren't sharp enough, the host was not pushing for a definitive answer over his ideology of spreading Hong Kong indepenfence. Daniel Law has no right to decided for 7 and a half million Hong kongers, which most ordering citizen does not have the desire to see an independent Hong Kong. So Daniel Law, you were not a native born Hong Longer, how dare you making this independent demand on behalf of all the citizens of Hong Kong. Second to this most Hong Kong red does not want to see a disturbed social environment. The so call peaceful protest only took place in the very beginning of the social unrest, which turned violent at the latter stage, with elderly civilians been murdered, badly beaten up and touched.

主持人問的問題拿揑得很到位，一方面用中方的立場去問但留下一些位置給他作出反擊，也沒有再同一個問題上糾結，而是順應問題轉去下一個問題，讓羅一步一步帶出他的理念，看完整個訪問，感覺很流暢，有一定的攻守，在不同的位置帶出反思和更深層的了解！
