Some of the music here is so soft and soothing, but knowing what Xie Lian has been through, I can't help but to listen to it and feel sorrow..... yet he still looks everyone with a smiling face as if he had never endured all that pain in the past. This is why this story is so beautiful, and the music brings the best of it out even more.

honestly i love these two so much. Some people ship themselves with one of them but i wouldn’t dare ship either of them with anyone else. I have literally never seen such an imperfect perfect ship. These two opened my eyes to what love really is. I can’t explain it in full detail but the short version is that you don’t need physical touch in a relationship if you love someone. I remember watching the series on Netflix and when hua cheng and xie lian looked into each other’s eyes you could tell that there was a beautiful connection between them. You don't have to read this but it's a rant about how much tgcf means to me and what it's done I have read the entire book series, show (and I'm dying for season two), and some of the manhua. The reason i found this was because i saw the trailer on Netflix and thought "ooooh pretty art and music with beautiful characters i might watch this later" but a week or so later a friend told me how they wanted to watch it and there was a book series and all the other fancy stuff so we were like how about we read it together? soon i was reading the online version while they were reading hand held so we could see the art. I stayed up for months reading this when i was in bed (supposed to be asleep), when i was at school, on trips, and when i just felt in a crappy mood. the story brought me to tears multiple times and generally just made me happy when i was at my lowest. after a while, i started hanging out with my friend more and started to develop a crush on them. once i grew my dumb brains courage i told them, they said they liked me too and after getting to know each other even more, we started dating. We both loved this series and watch the show together, and eventually are going to cosplay as Hua Cheng (me) and Xie Lian (them) together and it really changed my life. Not only was its compelling story but it's the characters background, plot twists, and general effort put into this story that made me fall in love with it. If i could tell the author how much she means to me i would, and i would honestly do the same to most of the character if i could too (not Jun Wu though............maybe, i don't really know). i just really hope that future people can experience how great this series is, just like i did. if you really did read this, thank you so much and i hope you have an amazing week, and that your mental health is ok. This music brought back so many memories and i really just needed to get it off my chest. it is now almost midnight and I'm tearing up just from writing this because it means so much to me, so thank you again for reading this and have a good day/afternoon/night and a good night's sleep too or rest if you really need it. i've heard about tgcf, but just recently stumbled across it on netflix. it was so beautiful i knew i had to read the comic. i'm almost done with it, listening to this while reading it makes it THAT much more beautiful (which is insane, i mean everything about tian guan ci fu is beautiful) it also makes me think of how beautiful hualian's relationship is. (yes, i cheated and looked at some of the hualian chapters in the novel) but i'm so excited to finish this and then read the novel and expand my ever growing love for this series, which is actually the most beautiful thing i've laid my eyes on. and this soundtrack too, oh my god my ears are not worthy. nor are my eyes for looking at the illustration of the comic
