I'm so impressed with HyperOS. Seems very polished. I like how on Xiaomi and iOS animations have a really nice speed curve and bounciness. OneUI animations have awful fixed speed and are too linear. OneUI is good, but iOS and especially HyperOS are far superior from OneUI in terms of animations.

Do y'all think anyone without the mental capacity of a slice of Ham forgets 4-5 years ago when literally every android company was near forced into deleting all animations because the less the better? "Change animation scale to the lowest" FC?? "Nobody wants long animations like iOS because it wastes your time" Brigade??? Literally, the reason android had to officially support a setting to turn off all or nearly all system animations?? Not to sound mean, but the absolute daftness has got to stop. You're also bloody daft cuz the animations aren't even linear anymore. "Use Buzzword to sound smart" FC, and you're a captain on the team. Hear a word and spam it. What even has the mobile tech space devolved into? This could never ever be allowed to grow in the PC space, and that's one massive positive about that . Same with the automotive space etc

18:30 This is because the bottom bar you're dragging represents the "home button". You're asking S23U to return to the home screen, and it is returning to the home screen. To achieve what HyperOS and iOS has, return to the folder, just drag once from the edge (representing the "back" button).

Thumbs up for Xiaomi they've come a long way making their skin super smooth. Seeing this day and age iOS lost its tag of the smoothest software with the competition reaching the same levels, now I see iOS as lack luster and missing a lot of features and still locked, I mean changing the font and size on the lock screen is not really customization if you compare it to what the other phones can do. Xiaomi copied apples esthetics and made it better with the freedom of Android.

Very imperessed as well with HyperOS, especially the lock screen and main screen customization options! Apple really masters the blur effect. I've never got tired of blur on user interface. Not only it looks good, but it can also be useful. If OneUI widgets had a blurred background, their content would be easier to read even with a very contrasty wallpaper. I actually blur my wallpapers to use the widget transparency without making the text less readable...

Hyper iOS 😂. OneUI might get a lot of hate but to me its the best looking light theme on a phone as well as everything being simplified. If you want power user level you can always download goodlock which gives you far more customizations than any of these other two could dream of. The animations may not be on the same level as the other two but animations is something that i have to look for in order to notice it so it doesnt bother me as much

Xiaomi always had the better hardware than Samsung if we are talking about hardware per cost. This will definitely affect Samsung's sale at the budget/ midrange segment if HyperOS is really as good as advertised.

It cant be said blindly that the other two can't even dream of customisations of oneUI. The themes app in HyperOS has a tremendous amount of wallpapers, themes, fonts and ringtones for free nd they also have a lot of customisations.

With the hyper OS, you can use -1 screen, you just have to activate it and it will give you options to add widgets. So there is an extra screen to the left of the main screen. Also, in the settings, you can swipe vertically.When I swipe upward, I get the news screen and swiping downward gives you the search screen and news.

Now go to multi-window customisation..and multiple media apps running with Adjustable volume on all all of them based on your need. Watching Netflix, Football match and playing COC in Xiaomi phones all at the same time (I do it all the time). That's why I love Android. Maybe it'll lag somewhere but I can use maximum of my time. I prefer functionality. 😊

Now guys, interesting video; not the obligatory comparisons of chips or cameras or stupid unboxings. Hyper OS looks good (though the iOS-like swipes from the top to enter quick settings and notifications are awkward) and it seems to be user friendly. For me, after more than 15 years of use, iOS is cumbersome and too rigid. What I'm worried about, is the legendary crapware in Chinese phones. I find that more important than eye candy. That keeps holding me back from buying such a phone. Hopefully the European ROM will be okay. How is the Chinese version to that respect?

Just info, having vertical slider on volume and brightness always better ergonomically which is why apple and xiaomi implement that. If you paid attention to iphone control center it actually has better ergonomic while maintain 3 important parts (main function, mid function, and sub function).Using Horizontal slider were actually wrong in design and usability principle

go for xiaomi 14 pro, then switch to Apple once they get fast charging 90+ Watts. No fast charging is a dealbreaker for me especially since I'm a power user and don't have a lot of time in my day. Leaving your phone to charge for 90mins is too much especially in crucial moments.

I have to say there are a few features you probably did not elaborate on or studied. Hyperos does have the ability to put the clock behind the wallpaper and android has a customizable tab view for applications if you swipe down. You have to organize the tabs yourself.

For me one of key features is allowing multiple audio sources, it gives you ability to listen to the sounds from several apps on the same time, like background music, KZfaq or instagram, and background music will never stop by some random sounds from other apps. Only Xiaomi’s UI and Meizu’s UI are able to do it.

Went back to Samsung from Xiaomi .. what a relief .. miui is soo complicated and that's coming from someone who's used it for 4 years .. sometimes I have to Google how to fix some simple parameters or lookout for a video on KZfaq on how to fix settings .. another annoying thing was that when I was buying my Xiaomi phone on 2019 I didn't know it only had 2 years of software update .. the good thing about Xiaomi is build quality .. but I won't go back to Miui .. I recently got a A54 and I'm loving it .. waiting for one ui 6 update.

having a Mi 13, S23U and iPhone 15 Pm mi 13 great device but aggressive ram management, can't turn off the Leica filters, the launcher refresh for 1 sec on home screen, notification super delayed and super slow updates not so great experience. 15 PM great user experience, apps, super responsive, battery life, awesome speakers, great cameras nothing to say apart the price 😅 S23 same as 9/10 iPhone plus more customisation but super difficult to find accessories in tech shops they got only stuff for iPhones . Next I need to try a device from google maybe Pixel 9 pro.

Xiaomi is copying and you should know that the AOD is customisable in iOS. Like you can turn off wallpaper. You can decrease the white point in settings which will reduce white light while on the dark mode. So, you simply don’t know all the things on iOS.

I think  should bring the App Library effect to the Home Screen, it will look so cool, just do a copy and paste of a 4 apps on the App Library to the Home Screen

Honestly....realistically.... all jokes aside. If your on samsung and want the fastest, instant, no delay ever, turn on "remove animations". Its is then that you will learn animations are bs and speed becomes your main priority.
