Great video as usual, I couldn't fit that to my scooter even if it worked though because of its looks and how it compromises the form, the fact it doesn't work well I'd bin it if you weren't changing the tyres. I don't miss suspension on my M365, I run the tyres a bit softer and use my knees and arms as shock absorbers, also I pick where I ride carefully. The M365 is a great scooter but the evolution has provided some amazing scooters with front and rear suspension and bags of power. Being and old man like yourself I don't feel comfortable going more than 20 mph on my scooter, I like the fact it's small, light and easy to stow in the car with the family stuff so I can whiz about when we go away. Take care old chap, baldness is a sign of greatness, well that's what I say anyway 😄

if u drive your m365 with 10" tires, and that suspension, you got a MONSTER XD

The spring IS the main shock absorber, what you don't have is a damper to smooth out and regulate the oscillations of the spring. Without a damper, you've just got a pogo stick.

Hello, I had a problem after installation as I didn't know that I had to cut some of the screw off that goes into the main stem to connect the steering column too. Because of that I have damaged the first little washer that goes on the kit first. I have tried every where to find a replacement. Do you know of anywhere? Thanks.

The suspension is not going to break , your scooter will, reports online from people installing this type of suspension , the extra tension the clamp is putting on the head tube is cracking the aluminium .

Here's an idea for a scooter mod - have you considered going four wheels? One foot standing on each scooter, two scooters, attached at the front in a way that when you steer and bank into a corner the four wheels stay planted on the road. A double trapezoid arrangement would keep both boards parallel and maintain them straight. Sorry I've been away for a while and am just catching up on your stuff. Hope you have an awesome Christmas.

I wonder if gas bike shocks would fit. Are the wheels the same size as the g30? Just the tires are bigger?

it will move more if you remove those 4 small screws which use to holds the mudguard those screws are hitting the moving parts, i have the same problem before and now its ok , its tomshine brand right bro?

the bottom ring with the ball bearings has to be put to the up or facing down?

i drive over bump and front tire got flat.thats was horrible take off LOL. QUESTION!!! is steering fork supposed have bump on centre or did i broke steering bearings? im pretty sure its not even turn smoothly,but dont remember was it so before xD EDIT: i opened bearing seems roll fine but that smallest ring that i think is plastic was cut.i think that will try go between balls or something.if i tight fork it has kinda self center bump if i lightly open it moves fine. i bet i need find full fix set. is M365 fork bearing same? cant find pro version xD lets see if i can patch this tire haha. huge hole xD

Probably for the best that there isn't much travel - with your extended battery compartment it wouldn't leave much clearance and it would be a real shame to bottom out and break it.

We need cheap suspensions for the aovo pro!! These are the new and improved scooters better than original m365

Change out that spring. Maybe a smaller mountain bike spring/shock would fit?

I dont understand all the coment. I've mounted it on mine. And its not a reel suspension its a spring, but its works perfectly. When i go on my trotinette we can see the spring compress.... Its work like spring on bike ... When its installed correctly there is any risk ...

Hi Tony, Any chance you can show us how to do the battery mod and the BMS? I'd like to upgrade a M365 to your new spec? I haven't bought a M365 yet, but was hoping to mod it to how you have got yours. I'm a bit of a fiddler, but 'having a go' with lithium batts scares me. So seeing the layout of those cells you got and the cabling of the BMS and programming of it would be great. I've watched all your stuff, but I guess yo don't do real tutorials do you. Just show the steps and the finished product. I'm sure many people would subscribe if you showed a bit more of the process so people could learn more thanks to your knowledge.

why u check flex, by hands? why you dont use this as suppose with fit and check the flex? pls if you test, test properly, dont induce peeple in error.

I bought the exact same one, it is essentially useless and dangerous. There is no compression on the spring so absolutely no suspension. Wasted £60 😞😠
