Thanks for the video 👍 I just crushed the gray cable (while unfolding the handlebar) going from dashboard to the mainboard. I see I need to detach the battery compartment to be on the safe side while I'm working on to attach the broken wires.

Yeah, it's always a good idea to detach the battery prior to working with the cables.. you never know when you may accidentally short circuit things

All I wanted to know is how to take the pole connector away from the pole. Everything else is simple as unscrewing the bolts

Which number allen did you used in 5:24 and 5:34 ? My latch gaves cracking sounds when i rotate the steer left and right, my service says you can unscrew little and hit tyre to the ground, with this way bearing will be fix a bit with his say. So I need the allen number of this thing's immediately.

Is the red brake cable fixed inside the bridge? I can't move it at all, like in any direction.

The red cable is not permanently fixed to the bridge, but it goes through some VERY tight spaces making it difficult to pull out. Apply some WD40 on the cable and you should be able to pull it out. Just keep in mind that it will be difficult to put a new cable back in the same place.

You didn't remove the front bar from the folding mechanism. I'm currently supposed to do that but i don't think it will come out without braking the bar. Any ideas?

@Person You should be aware that the speed limiter protects the M365 from overheating. If you remove it, the scooter will be at risk of damage from overheating.

Nonsense, these scooters have proven their durability - I run 1200 watts peak on a 365pro and after 1000+ miles it's fine. Anyway, since you didn't get an answer, I shall oblige - go to the group on Facebook called "Xiaomi custom firmware" and speak to the guys there, they will tell you all you need to know without treating you like a baby.

i have a small problem and need some help; I have a xiaomi 1s, and it fell on its side, but when it fell, a metal wire fell off, and i have no idea where it goes. I noticed that the brakes now make a little bit of noise. Anyone got a clue?

nvm yall it was just displaced after it fell over and i just had to unscrew and screw the brakes back in place

@@oppa7094 I managed to do it! Take the stem post to your local mechanic and ask them to use their hydraulic press to remove it. Take the new knuckle with you and they’ll press the new one in. My local guys did it for free. Only takes a moment.

@@dawoodkhan6067 The original brake light comes with the wire already attached to the light. To replace it, all you have to do is attach the two connectors together.

If you're comfortable with soldering then you can easily replace just the wire. However, it's less time consuming to simply replace the brake light which has the wire already attached to it. I hope this helps.

Yeah I just grabbed the scooter to get it out of the car trunk and it disassembled by itself at the part where you can fold it, the more I was grabbing it the more it was falling apart lmao yeah…replaced both tires already and now this uhhh…….

@@proxyhx2075 you have to heat it up from the outside of the pole with a blow torch to burn the epoxy away. You absolutely must stay under thee melting point of aluminium. Some paint will be damaged, obviously. Once the epoxy is burned up you can put a ram rod in from the top and ram the linkage free.

This is the problem with my lads as its constantly breaking the locking cams - cheap crappy Chinese alloy. If I'd known about this before buying the new complete folding block assembly (simple up until now), I'd have gone in another direction.

You did not strip down the motor, nor did you take the tyre off the wheel and remove the inner tubes,and you did not remove the rubber base that you stand on and you did not remove the brake caliper and you did not remove the charging point and the red rubber cap.

Don't buy this rubish scooter. We had two regular and pro versions. After 2,500 km, the bearings will be so loud that it is impossible to drive. Bearings practically impossible to replace. Will start to violin, tap. The brake cable will break. It will stop charging. Replacing a punctured inner tube is a nightmare . My friends scooter broke down after 1200 km. The Xiomi warranty covers nothing under warranty. They demanded 3/4 of the value of the scooter for the repair of a faulty loud motor of no known fault. Stay away from these chinese scooter…
