@@ElenaAndersson Thanks, since then I sent the scooter back and bought a different model, but you're right, a long press on the start button usually works, on my new scooter too. Happy riding.

I unboxed mine and the accelerator doesnt work. Did you have the same problem? Do I have to do something? I connected my scooter to the Mi home app and I dont know whats wrong. Help would be greatly appreciated
