We had her a few months ago🌼 The option to connect to the internet is not yet tested, but regarding the cleaning and its use of starting up using the button on it, very well. It's softer than Roomba 620, which gave a lot of crap to everything he stumbled upon. The xiaomi much softer, brakes before xocar and neater when cleaning areas, scans better than the roomba 620.

Thanks for the review. I have a rug in the living room that is about 1/2 the room and large tile in the other half. When the machine is in vacuum and mop mode, I want to mop and vacuum the tile floor, but only vacuum the rug. Can it do this automatically by sensing the rug and turning off the mop? Then when it goes back to the tile floor, it will do both mop and vacuum.

Hello, unfortunately it doesn't have a carpet sensor. You can set up areas manually but it is not possible to do mopping only and vacuum only in one take. You need to do it in two takes. 1 for just vacuuming all.. and 2. Create a no go zone to avoid the robot to go over the carpet. Another possibility is to divide the room in two parts and set a schedule for both.

Exactly as Xiaomi Gadget Guide said: divide the room in 2 sections, first section is the carpet, second section is the entire room but without the carpet. The first clean section 1 and then section 2. Section 1 vacuum only, section 2 mop and vacuum.

Hi, how's the mopping system different from other vaccum & mop robots? I personally use Roborock S5 Max, sweeping is good enough, mopping wise I hope for better, how is this this machine compare with Roborock S5 Max, iRobot Braava and even Narwal?

Unfortunately, I can't judge based on products I haven't tried out..I own the normal S5 but that can't beat the Mijia or Viomi on mopping. You should checkout smartrobotreviews.com for information on other vacuums.. According to testers the above mentioned are one of the best mopping robots that can vacuum.

It should do 1900 sqf which is equal towards 180 m².. but that's for just one round.. But this applies to an empty room I guess..my house ain't that big..so I never came at so many minutes operation

Unfortunately, there isn't any English manual..You can use your Google translate to live translate or by making a picture of it. Another thing you can check is the English manuals for Viomi V2. Best regards,

@@Canadaunlockingcode What I do..is warm water up to 30° and use a kettle to pour it in the watertank.. I use a little bit of cleaning solution and throw it over the (wet) mop. Emptying the watertank: Take it out and empty in your kitchen sink..:)

I keep getting a please load load water tank error, so it does not mop, it only just vacuums and mop, it wont give me the mop only function. very frustrating, and the 2-1 water tank is loaded correctly

For that I think you have to buy an aditional tank, only for water that works with mop function, the 2-1 water and vacum tank doesn t work for only moping

Nowadays, there's a EU version of this model. If you can get the v2pro cheaper, I would go for that one..if you find the EU version of this model cheaper. I'll suggest to take that one:)

Hello, thanks!! This is a Chinese model, with Chinese wall plug and Chinese voice...I noticed the device popped up on Mi home EU region...So I believe there will be a global version soon. The link you sended is indeed the Mijia mop pro (Stytj02ym). This one is made by Viomi...the C1 is a robot without LDS (laser) and it is made by Dreame.. The Viomi V2 is very similar to the Mijia Mop pro from this video...the v2 got English voice and will receive vlan update soon with multi maps

@@Limstech As far as I know only the Mi Robot and some Roborock models work with Google Assistant ATM... The 1C , Chinese version works with Xiao AI... It's a Chinese voice assistant. Best regards,

Yes, but my advice is to look for the EU model... Or the Viomi V2.. There are update problems with the China model while living outside China..

Just got it, but if it's a Viomi v2 clone, I'd say it's sort of a downgrade, because you are getting 12 months warranty instead of 24. Plus, the Viomi v2 now has triple-containers bundles available.

Indeed, and the Viomi V2 is global version..with this one there are now 2 versions..Chinese and Global...so check carefully:)

@@XiaomiGadgetsGuide I got the global version. I have huge problems with the app though, it's just garbage tbh. I can't upgrade the firmware, it gets stuck on 0/3/6% and never finishes. Plus, the version I'm prompted to upgrade to is not the one mentioned on the forums. It says it wants to upgrade from 3.5.3_0014 to 3.5.3_0017, but apparently there's a 3.5.3_0047, so it's very confusing. Hopefully, I can get support to answer these next week (it's been a holiday here). I also find it annoyingly difficult to pair the robot quickly, sometimes it takes way too many attempts to get it working.

Many people can't access the update...Please only attempt to try over app.. don't touch the physical buttons! If it doesn't work through app I'll suggest you try it again a day later..I'm trying to get answers as I see many have this issue

Hello, sad to hear this. It could be possible the watertank pipes are blocked?if yes you need a new watertank. Does the vacuum recognise the watertank? If no...it could be a problem with the PCB. Will the robot not notice the mop is attached. It could be the magnet in the mop bracket It can be anything..can you please explain me a little bit in more detail. I've learn a lot about the robot in the last month's so maybe I can help to define your problem.

@@XiaomiGadgetsGuide Hi, thanks a lot for your answer. pipes are not blocked. I can see they're leaking when I hold in my hand. I also have original water only tank. same error occurs. vacuum recognizes the tanks. ıt works in required mode depends on the tank. I tried hard reset, problem is still same. I'll check the magnet. hope it's the problem:) thanks. I'll let you know.

I didn't had any carpet laying around. For me at that point was an ultimate challenge to test of it can manage bigger dirt than what I normally see on KZfaq videos. Thank you for your comment. My intention is just to demonstrate products which I buy mostly myself and give people an idea what to expect when they buy:)

So far so good with this vacuum. kzfaq.infoUgkx8ISPQRRAfpAaX4msGjyodObTBnlj4T5g I was a little concerned to find it seems to be all plastic, but the reviews were good, so I'm hoping for the best. Very easy to assemble Recommened, and only attachments I've used so far work well, and are easy to use. Doing a good job on the new carpet in my bedrooms and stairs. Works well on the hardwood on my main floor too. Reasonable weight and cord length. I already knew from an earlier review that it wouldn't fit under furniture, but I can use my Eufy for that, so no problem - the high traffic areas that need a stronger suction was really what I bought this for. If it continues as it's started, it will be a good buy and well worth the money. I have had two Shark Rocket stick vacs in the past that are super easy to use, but the motors just don't last well, even with scrupulous cleaning of the filters. I'm hoping for better with this Bissell.
