Hi Tomás: First of all congratulations for the video, very clear and easy to follow. I came here to watch your video and comment because I have the same problem as you. After a few minutes the vacuum suddenly shut down. I couldn't find any error or message coming out of the machine (as a voice error) either in the app. I was afraid of open it, so I bring it to a technical support near by my place. The guy told me that he connected the vacuum to a computer and it showed up an error message related to a wheel engine. He tried to order the piece, but he couldn't (but I'm afraid that he wasn't sure enough about the problem and he doesn't want to spend his time on it). Also he told me that the battery was already very used and it needs to be changed. The final solution that he gave to me was to send it directly to the Xiaomi official technical support service by mail (because is in another town). The main inconvenience was that I would never know how much it's gonna cost. So after this "introduction" here they come my questions: -Could you tell me if any message related with a wheel engine appears in your case? -What do think about the idea of changing the fuse that you changed and it doesn't works, will this affect if I found the real problem in the future? - Would you be so kind to order the next solutions in terms of priority: change the wheel engine, change the fuse, change the battery? Thank you! I made it too. Now it’s better then ever. I used the 4A PTC and it’s good enough. The original smd part was 3.3A rated.

A weak battery is not causing this problem. I bought a new battery before I replaced the fuse and that didn't help. In the event of a low battery, the robotic vacuum cleaner can return to the charging station in time. A faulty fuse will cause a very rapid voltage drop, so that the vacuum cleaner does not have time to return to the base and immediately switches off.

Dude you forgot to clean the engine and it's filters. That solved the problem for me. Maybe xiaomi was clever and calculated the fuse exactly to the point, where the engine needs to much ampere course it's full of dust but not overheating. So the fuse protect the engine damaging it's self by to much dust inside.

In my case it was the internal dust filter! But help me dissamble! Thanks

Isn't this problem caused by a weak battery? And Will it continue to work when we do this even if our battery is low? Because my battery life is at 70%
