I ameven contemplating commenting on borrowing...unlike the pannel and pipo in the comment section...me i was the borrower....Lord thank God i have enough money now...but it takes self awareness to know and work on something...Yes i would pay but i would take time...of course i was in a tight situation...but i realised that even when u are in a tight situation one who lent u the ka money naye wants its back...also u be in pipos conversations...mwe guys u can be a topic..u literally lose your diggnity...mwe being broke is bad..but thank God i became self aware and divised means to be out of the situation and of course God gave me a better job and discernment.But mwe my mum also warned me about borrowing and i never listened i always said these are my buddys but nah...borrowing spoils relationships...era i will pass the advice to my kids NEVER BORROW...

Thanks for talking about self care, I have an example on that, a while back, a loved one within my care had a stroke and the recovery process was a long and slow one. I found myself burning out while taking care of them and then I felt guilty that I was feeling this way, until I was advised by a pastor to take one day a month for myself and just go by a lake/beach somewhere and have some alone time with God. This has brought emotional healing to me and I really think care givers (mostly mums!) NEED to find time to take care of themselves, like Rosette says, you can't give from an empty cup!

Bambi parents PDA is something I highly encourage for both parents and to children We learn from our parents Personally is struggle with showing affection and giving affection because that wasn’t something I was exposed to. Even when someone tries to hug me I feel weird imagine just a hug. To date I have never hugged my mother or my father we just don’t roll like that! It’s the same attitude I have taken to my relationships and I end up with people whose love language is physical touch and I’m like eeewwww Bambi Tuli my struggle 😂 I pray I do better like Pumla says 😂when I get my own
