Hydrostatic transmission forward and reverse pedals are on the right, my Kubota had a hydrostatic transmission with a clutch on the left side because the PTO still used the dry clutch to engage, the brake pedal was located above the forward/ reverse rocker on the right side of the tractor making single wheel braking impossible unless Cruse control was set. The LS is a much better design but the Kubota design would allow you to "slip" the clutch and spin up implements slowly and reduce shock to the transmission.

Stan Juan they replaced a injector and fuel filter, they said the fuel filter had double gaskets someone forgot to remove the old one when installing the new filter, the dealer installed the last fuel filter LOL

Well as long as it's running correctly now, that's really all that matters. Does it still have that metal on metal sound? That makes my heart skip a beat. ON a side note, I am looking to trade my J2030H in on an MT125 pretty soon. And the deal said something to me that really took me aback. Bit of back story here. The old man "Paige" that owned Paige Equipment, sold the business. And the Sales man retired that I bought my tractor from. So the new owner is a young buck, one of the former mechanics for the shop. And the Salesman is also a young buck, some 30 years old. So I don't think he gave a lot of thought to saying what he said to me. But in what I think must have been a rare moment of pure honesty, he says to me. "You know, these J's are really great machines. Of all the tractors we sell, we have had the best luck with these". I said, how do you mean, sales wise? And to my utter shock, he says "Not really, I mean we sell a lot of them, probably more than any model on the lot. But what I mean is for working on them. These tractors just never seem to have any issues". So I asked him, so what, do you have a lot of issues with other models? To which he kind of shied away and said, "no,,, no not really. Not really more than normal. It's just that we never seem to have to work on J's, that's all". At which point he changed the subject. But now that has me thinking. Are the larger model tractors problematic? I sure as hell hope not because I have my heart set on about a 45HP XR sometime in the future. Have you had any other issues with the tractor that are manufacturing issues?

Lupusharv I saw that video and commented a while back. My j does that short pause thing at the bottom of the dump too. In fact, my other friends with LS tractors do it to. And some of my friends and family that have Kubota' s do it as well. I think it's to do with the geometry personally. But that thing where the bucket collapsed, you need to call LS directly if your dealer won't fix it. That is 9 kinds of messed up. Especially if it's under warranty you should call LS. Talk to other dealers and ask them what they think about that being normal. You are right. It's messed up.
