I’m down around the Bloomington/French Lick area. Thinking of doing the same thing. We’re also living in a 5th wheel until we get our barn built. Glad to see my crazy idea might work. How did it turn out for you?

I'm planning on building a wall of straw bales around a caravan it's an excellent insulator and pretty cheap. If you can keep it dry you can sell it on later for it's original purpose. A skin of pallet wrap would do that if you can't park under a barn.

Do you still have your LS tractor? I recently found a used model on Facebook marketplace and started researching and found your videos. I'm located in Indiana and the tractor is the same as yours and from Richards! Talk about finding a gold mine for researching! Would you recommend your model tractor? Thanks for taking the time to make the video a few years back. May save my day if you don't recommend.

Was it worth it? I'm debating getting a 5100e open so I can tow it with the 3.0l duramax suburban and the lower weight would work.

Thanks so much for this video! This is EXACTLY what I am experiencing with our LS. Great tractor but the steering has been an issue since the day it was delivered. So thanks again. I'll be buying some larger cylinders for our machine. In fact I'm going to see if the machine is still under warranty and if so THAT's where I'm headed first!

On b21 you have to use a tie down to keep pedal engaged forward and use a dremel to cut frame to widen the hole to access the detent bearing OR you have to drop hyd oil pan and access from underneath.

Hi....I have lupus was wondering how you are doing with your lupus?
@Lupusharv
@Lupusharv 2 жыл бұрын
Carl I can tell you this, one of two things... Either I'm in remission and have been for several years or secondly I found out my testosterone level was very under 100. So after I started testosterone therapy my "lupus" we're almost non-existent. My doctor believes it was the low testosterone causing everything. Remember lupus is " the great pretender" and diagnosis is not a black and white thing. All I know is I am happy to feel better and have way less joint pain.

After starting testosterone I have minimal to no lupus symptoms, I have had two doctors disagree with my lupus diagnosis, so I'm really not sure if the extremely low testosterone was causing most of my issues.

Looking back on it all do you wish you would have spent the extra money on the Kubota? LS scared me just because of the potential parts supply. I don't use my tractor a lot (50 hrs/ yr) but I want to feel confident that it will work when needed.

Pretty sweet you could save alot of headache with the trans and clutch and just run a high torque hydraulic motor straight to the trans just run the entire thing from the hydraulic pump. I did this with an old Cat 10 sold it years ago but i just used a 12 hp kohler a free hydraulic pump from the scrap yard and a $300 high torque motor with a simple double action valve from an old wood splitter forward and reverse in every gear.
