我們是ReMINDer,一個成立於2019年6月,由大學生領導的香港精神健康倡導組織。我們致力推廣與改善大眾的精神健康,以及消除社會對精神疾病患者的歧視。
為了描繪精神疾病患者從診斷到康復的過程,我們將定期發布影片,内容包括精神疾病冷知識及精神健康真人圖書館。這條影片屬於精神健康真人圖書館的系列。
我們訪問了張小姐,她是一位輕度至中度抑鬱症康復者。這是訪問的上半部分,張小姐向大家分享了她的確診過程及患有抑鬱症的生活。

We are ReMINDer, a Hong Kong mental health advocacy group founded in June 2019 and led by university students. We envision an environment that promotes improved mental wellbeing and the eradication of social stigma and discrimination against the mentally ill.
To depict the journey of mental health patients from diagnosis to recovery, we will publish videos regularly. Our content ranges from Mental Disorder 101 and Mental Health Human Library. This video belongs to the “Mental Health Human Library” series.
We interviewed Ms. Cheung, a recovered mild to moderate depression patient. This is the first half of our interview, in which Ms. Cheung shared the process of being diagnosed and her life living with depression.

我之前是重度抑鬱,也很容易生氣,痛苦,壓力,不適都很強烈, 身體外表看起來白白的,挺正常,拔罐後才找到痛苦的原因,知道喝了30多年的冷飲,吃的冰品水濕氣都卡在脂肪層,胖到100公斤,拔出了大量水泡,戳破後流出水,之後繼續拔,拔出更多水,肥胖部位縮小,淤堵減少,人輕鬆許多, 而身體許多部位看起來正常,拔完也出現血印,有深有淺,水濕,血淤混合體液,脂肪形成雜質,膿等都會在皮下長年變質發炎,拉緊心壓迫腦, 正常狀況拔罐不會有血印,水泡,疙瘩,變色,只會發紅一下然後復原, 我會運動或用電熱器照射肥胖部位流汗排濕,喝溫熱水,吃熱食,吃熱性食物,如薑,辣椒,胡椒,肉桂,泡熱水等以熱力流汗排濕, 越南肉桂香豆素含量高,注意安全用量, 我現在會注意自己的思言行,會受精神創傷打擊是自己過去的思言行招來的, 我現在也做義工益大眾來抵消身上的不適, 我也會用靈氣視頻舒緩痛苦,壓力,不適,壓迫,緊張,生氣,超負荷,疲倦等各種問題,
