Marination : 500gm chicken, 1tsp Salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1 tbspn Ginger garlic paste, 1/2 lemon squeeze Leave it for 30 mins. 2tsp degi mirch 3tsp dhaniya (dried coriander) powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 2tsp besan 1 tsp saunf/fennel seed 3 onion (Chopped) 6 tomatoes (grated) Whole spice 3 dried red chilli 2 green chilli Cumin 4 cardamom 1 tsp black pepper 5-6 clove Mustard oil for cooing. Kasuri Methi and garam masala
