200 gram Fenugreek seeds (soaked)
Keep soaked fenugreeks seeds in a strainer
Cover with wet towel
Keep for 2 days (make sure you wash them every day)
Rinse and dry the sprouted fenugreek seeds
For the masala
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
½ tbsp fennel seeds
½ tbsp. carom seeds
½ tbsp fenugreek seeds
½ tbsp mustard seeds
½ tbsp Sichuan pepper
½ tbsp kalonji
In a pan add 2 tbsp oil
Add sprouted fenugreek seeds
Saute for 4-5 minutes
Add mustard oil
Add dried chilies
Chopped ginger, garlic and green chilies
Add 1tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
Add achaar masala (which we made earlier)
Add 3 lemon juice
Add fried sprouted fenugreek seeds
Cook until it changes the color into dark brown
Store in a glass jar
