* Mustard Seeds (तोरी / सरसों)- 1 tbsp
* Fennel Seeds (सौंप)- 1/2 tbsp
* Coriander Seeds (धनिया)- 1/2 tbsp
* Dried Red Chilies ((रातो खुर्सानी / सूखी लाल मिर्च)- as needed
* Salt (नुन / नमक)- 1/2 tbsp
* Vinegar (सिरका)- 1 tbsp
* Mustard Oil (तोरीको तेल / सरसों के तेल)- 1/2 cup
* Asafoetida (हींग)- 1/2 tsp
* Turmeric Powder (हल्दी / हल्दी पाउडर)- 1/2 tsp
