In fact, Toji left Gojo so traumatized after that fight, that he would learn how to never disable infinity again. Current Gojo has infinity always on, which is why he wears an eye band (Gojo's "Six Eyes" give him a ton of information, and that way he reduces that amount, feeling less fatigued).

It was a learning experience for Gojo sure, he also learnt RCT, but it certainly did not traumatise him. Fun fact: An alarm goes off when an unregistered curse energy enters Jujutsu High’s barrier. Geto is normally prohibited to use his CT inside the school, but whenever he needs it, he informs the school beforehand. Sometimes the alarm randomly goes off because he gets into fights with Gojo.

Her getting shot in the head was the most predictable things I have ever watched, and it makes no sense in the plot how characters got form place and what their motivations were. It's all magic nonsense. I knew it was coming because I know how Japanese writers think. I was just sitting there waiting for it. And I told myself if it did, I was done with the show. This is peak edgy Japanese trash writing. They have no plot writing skills, and they have cheap character writing skills. Making basic emotional ties just so they can cut them by killing a character. For ppl wondering about the meaning behind the ocean/fish and why it correlates to riko like the the gang in dis vid read this: Fish symbolism is pretty prominent in the jjk anime. In every opening song you will consistently see them in particular emperor angelfish which are fish commonly known fall prey to vicious sea currents. This phenomena represents many characters like our mc yuji, junpei and now riko. These characters were thrown into a setting regardless of their will and forced to either adapt or die. Junpei with him being bullied and exposed to mahitos influence. Yuji with his grandpas “cursed” last words and sukunas influence, and Riko as the predetermined vessel of tengen. Riko and junpei failed to adapt and were taken by the currents of the jujutsu world. Yujis story has and will be him endeavoring/adapting through a life where his being is at the whim of his surroundings

Especially since she technically didn't have to die. The only reason Toji had to kill her was cause he's on contract, so since she no longer intended to merge, she didn't have to die. Toji would probably still do it to be thorough (get paid) even if he knew she wasn't gonna merge, but still that makes it hurt more.

I think it's nice as a reminder, that Maki can't use Cursed Energy because of her Heavenly Restriction, because Toji's HR is even more: It's not just that he can't use Cursed Energy he DOESN'T HAVE ANY CE (again, every living being has Cursed Energy) which not only makes him even stronger and faster than Maki, but also makes him pretty much non-existant as a person, an anomaly, which is the reason why nobody except Gojo that one time could sense him, bro's basically an object.
