this reminds me of one clip where a mem was saying that they saw him cry for the talents and the difficulties they endure. he cares a lot. so im glad he gets to share in being proud of suisei. also a-chan, cause i still regularly think about how a-chan moving suisei from innk to 0-gen was how suichan finally escaped the struggle arc.

In overview I will once again put my two cents that leadership like Yagoo is very very rare in the corporate world, never-mind start up tech world. His values and his actions so far are really respectable. Even community pillars like Mio, Fubuki, and Coco continue to back him up as well. I might be wrong one day if some drama happens, but for now i would love to continue believing in best girl. Not worship, but respect.

@@Razorwindsg I think he is very similar to Hello Game (maker of No Man’s Sky) CEO Sean Murray. They’re both humble and shy tech nerds who are actually just good people, and it shines through in how they do things. Sean didn’t run from his failures and instead fixed things up, and Yagoo never blames his talents for everything and always takes care of them, and accepts responsibility on himself and shields them from harm. This is why both companies are doing well - great leaders inspire, bad bosses destroy.

and they still understaffed and still actively recruiting more. but the competition to get in seems really tough. since highly they will do a thorough background check,to make sure they hire the"right"person. this probably why the acceptance rate is so low/slow

the fact their studio still understaffed. means lots of job opportunity still open. but the percentage who can pass the screening is pretty low. since they must really make sure they hire the right person.
