Long grain raw basmati rice 1 Kg/5.5 cups
100 ml of mustard oil

Black cumin seeds 1 tsp

Ginger Garlic paste 2-3 tbsp
Crushed red chilli 1&1/2 tsp
Roasted Cumin powder 1 tsp
Fennel powder 1 tsp
Khushboo Ka Masala 1 tsp
Green chillies 6-7
Curd 5-6 tbsp
Salt 3 tbsp
kewra water 2 tbsp orange food colour 1/2 tsp
