I traveled to Yakushima for four days and three nights. I took a high-speed boat from Kagoshima to Yakushima, stayed at a hotel in the Anbo area, and enjoyed Jomon cedars, Shiratani Unsui Gorge (Taiko Iwa), and early morning kayaking.
