Amazing set up, but from a safety perspective, what happens if you crash/slide at speed (god forbid) - the fuel cans will break and the sparks could set off a fire. Ride safe!

The fuel tanks are very durable.. toughened body, not like other local kerosene jars..and it will be filled up in mountains only with no petrol pumps for longer distance.. it will be empty in highway.. my speed in mountains never crosses 30 kmph..i fell in Ladakh ride but nothing happened.. I think you were overcharged for the cushioning/seat cover/labour! I opted for a shop at Khanna cinema just beside the Bajaj showroom, though i went for my Pulsar! Nice and informative vlog!

Champion brothers' body work is something I experienced too. Very talented guys, who helped in installation of extended front footpegs(brought from Enfield store nearby), and backrest. Along with rest of Wellington Bike Market, I went around more or less. I also want to install a single Jerry Can on a Activa 3G, is it legal to have it, especially on Kolkata Roads? If yes, what sizes do I have options roughly?

From legality aspects it is totally no issue at all..but if u mount it at one side then there may be a balance issue with petrol at one side ...u can install it at rear with metallic bars .. size is fixed..its 5litre capacity jerry can available at riders junction website online... Visit at champion iton works.. the guy will certainly guide u the place to mount it

Yes the entire preparation was for Ladakh only ..i did not reveal destination name.. even before this video u will find Odisa series which i went just to prepare myself for Ladakh ride and discover the difficulties with aerox if any so that i can rectify it before leaving for Ladakh..i weaved every page for this dream for months..

Dost ye exactly main nahi bata paunga.. kyuki video me jisne install kiya usko pata hai.. but i m sure ki wo battery se direct connect nahi kiya..kyuki aerox ka battery seat k niche hai..aur pura installation me seat khola hi nahi..to 12v socket se hi connection liya hoga..problem nahi hoga mad dog se

Its all depends on the person and the story they makes believe me.. strategy is we should take the pain of all our colleagues when they need leave and work hard all the year and ensure to take 25 days long leave in a year with 6 month advance notice officially applied in leave portal.. management is bound to consider the leave else entire year work can be hampered...if ur friends can adopt such harsh decisions then they can also take such leave once a year..show this msg to them

Aerodynamic principle k hisab se apne ekdam sahi kaha.. lekin bohot soch k dekha ..pichhe petrol jerry can lagane se bag aur tent k baad wajan itna vari hoga..high altitude inclination me gari nahi charega.. kyuki 10 litre ka wajan v pichhe shift ho jayega..total 30 kgs with bag, tent, sleeping bag, camera accessories, and repair kit.. samne laga k gari ka weight thora samne ki taraf balance karna chaha taki 30 to 45° charai me high altitude me gari charna thora easy ho jayega.. lekin apka baat bilkul sahi hai.. aerodynamic me asar to parega..par mere pass aur koi option nahi bacha hai.. 10 ltre petrol excess carry karna hi hoga.. 350 to 400 km petrol pump nahi milega aage aane journey me

Definitely can take... The lock is not for protecting 5 litre petrol ( costs Rs 530 according to present market rate ).. the lock is for protecting the jerry can itself which costs 2750 each
