Bought one of theses Brand New in 2007. Was an 07 Model Camouflage 700EFi No Power Steering. Yamaha Completely SCREWED ME. Had it 3 Years. I Even Paid for the 5 Year Extended Warranty! Regular warranty Covers All top End. 5 Year Extended warranty Covers Any Problem I would have Had with the Bike you would Think? Well Top End Gave out one Cold Morning. Too it to Great outdoor store where I bought it in Jackson Tn. They wouldn’t Cover Anything. Said there was no Record of a Extended Warranty when I had papers to Prove it. They said well the store that sold this Originally is No longer in Business?? So The Warranty you Paid for is Not Valid??? I Said Y’all either Fix it or Y’all Can Keep it! They Never Fixed it so I left it There…. Yamaha would Not stick to there word or Validate my Warranty. Then Try sending me an invoice for 17,000K They have lost there Damn Mind. Still waiting on Yamaha to Fix this. Or my Credit Score!!! Still have all my Paperwork.
