Noticed one more point. Can you see how much force is needed to rotate the crankshaft? That means it a lot outside of required clearance. It's mis-centered.

The level of engineering here is shocking. The state of that clutch basket nut. This engine would need a proper professional rebuild after these clowns have finished with it!!

those crash bars on this motorcycle, got the nickname “flippers”.. when you crash a motorcycle that have these horrible idea bars on them. The bike doesn’t stay down when it goes down in an accident. Those bars hold the motorcycle at an angle, and as it slides, it enables the tires to hook up again, causing the motorcycle to cart wheel,Guaranteeing that the motorcycle will be totaled.

the reason for numbers on the engines cases is so you assemble engine in the correct order you do the bottom nuts first then the top not the way you did it ,man this is some bodging glad you posted video as this shows how not to do it please people if your watching this do not follow this no matter how cheap the job , bad bad bad i cant believe putting in the gear shaft seals and sprocket seals in after putting shafts in a simple error no i cant stand to watch no more

The reason I don't get my bikes restored by any mechanic now is evident in the above video. Restoration is more than disassembling and then assembling using the same old beating gas kits and dubious methods of tightening screws.

I hate the oil seal, everytime after engine re-work the oil seal is the first one culprit to have a leak in the oil. Also why everytime the oil is so black, don't you folks change the oil periodically?

I buy two rd in my teen life between 2 years gap each. whole time spent for repairing it and after feed up i sold to junkyard one by one in ten thousand for each bike that time it's very very hard to find its spare parts. But nowdays i feel i do a blunder mistake 😥this bike is truly amazing but these days a restored rd cost abut 3 to 4 lakh.😌 That time in late 90s i buy each in 15thsnd. 🤔

Many, many mistakes made in rebuild. Old bearings in gerbox. Liquid gasket putted on the seals surface..what for. You dont have even required tools to torque nuts. I assume that crankshaft is not rebuild properly. Now i know why people from India dont rev this bikes till red line as european and US guys. Because engine will flip off the frame.

Got a far as I dared...no sand blasting and using bad tools incorrectly as it said this isn't a proper rebuild...ill never get them minute back. So sad
