I really like how the camera is mounted. Stable and a good pov. I never knew these bikes could be ridden so rapidly. Great ride, great video!

By the way, I installed GT15 turbocharger with 56mm mikuni carb on it. And it works!

You madman haha! Ive a 535 since Dec, have done quite a bit of work upgrading parts and safety on it. Getting it uptp fun speeds but not taking a corner at 100MPH (yet)

For a real sporty ride get an XV 500, its predecessor. About 5 hp more, a shorter wheelbase, and monoshock. You can ride it really sporty, if you're inclined to do so.

Thank you very much, the video is taken in northern Czech republic. If you buy this bike with vital engine, I am pretty sure it is worth it, because it is pretty fast but comfortable.

I got sweat on some turns I can tell ;) Didn't expect that little bastard can cut roads that quick. Nice skills man! Is it tires or breaks on 2:50?

+darnoku Thanks man, it is very agile.. the footsteps are the limit for this bike.. i have like 2cm more to go on tyres, but it wont go.. it is really so much fun riding it..anyways it is a litle bit faster, because i have it tuned for my SilverTail pipes and I am about to polish my heads to make the engine run even better! :)

Crazy :D Thanks to you I checked one virago today and believe me I'm far from your experience, but it's all about riding habits and different bike. Prbably I will buy and tune pipes, and few things. You've changed my understanding of 35 "weak" cruiser ;) Cheers man

So what's this thing like to take around corners? My only experience on two wheels is a naked-shaped moped. How's it feel? I'm considering one of these or a GS500 or similar. This is definitely more stylish, but I'm a little concerned about the cornering feel.

Bladsmith for me, it corners like a dream. i was able to keep up with my friend on 600 fazer 70kw machine without single problems.. he got me on straights but i made up in corners

do you have stock pipes? it sounds really nice. I'm thinking of getting a 535 and then later on upgrading to the 750, but depending on how much i like the 535 i might just stick with it, have you ridden both? if so could you give me your opinions and comparisons? greetings from the UK ^,^

Hi! Great bike! I also have XV 535 from 1994 (now I'm building new school bobber on top of it). I cannot speak Chech, but I can understand while reading ;) Somewhere in the comments you told that you have KN air filter here. Can you please tell me which one? Because I cannot find any for Virago 535 in their catalogue :(

Zbyněk Najman zdravim, je to uplna serie, jediny co mam jsou vyfuky silvertail od leovince a KN vzduchovej filtr. trochu jsem si pohral s karbecama a udelal jsem novy ulozeni prevodovky, kliky, novy saly a pouzdra na ojnicich, novy pistni krouzky, prehonovany valce, zalapovany ventily, novy driky ventilu a vylesteny kanaly :) taky jsem kousek od LBC tak se nekdy muzem sejit a pokecat ;)

about 200km/h on the board tacho when it is well tuned, thats my best.

yeah, thats enough speed for its power. i think virago is reliable and cheap bike when you give it some care, warm it/cool it down properly and have good oil for your weather conditions. I am pretty happy with 10W-60 oil becaue of hot summers.

no matter the bike, you have take care of it properly, but yamaha is a tough bike
