Kudos to the Yamaha engineers who made this headphone with love and passion that managed to put an excitement in Ranjit's voice and sparkle in his eyes when he was speaking about these headphones the magic is transferred to us and an ear to ear smile, definitely going to check this headphone now.

After watching Ranjit sir review of this Yamaha headphones, it is so obvious and damn sure that Yamaha made a great headphone. It seems that this headphones gave him an amazing experience. This is what every company should try. To give the customer (or) end user a good experience with their product.

Yamaha is audiophile grade brand happy to see Geekyranjit review this headphone which no other channel is doing. I still remember the old days where Yamaha PC sound cards we sought after than Creative due to its sound quality. Would like to see a comparison video between Sony XM4 and this Yamaha headphone.

Yamaha have slight more clarity than the XM4 headphones but again if you are picky about music quality you would notice that. Coz to average users the XM3 / XM4 will also sound pretty good.

I took a risk and bought these over the Apple Airpods Max during a time when there were very little reviews of the Yamaha's. I can say in hindsight that it was a good decision.

Thanks, Yeah I am trying to make videos on different and interesting products aka some of the products I would personally like to use..... rather than just covering the same smartphone stuff again and again you would notice that I would be skipping a lot of models of smartphones moving on and will post full review for selected important smartphones. From his expressions, I guess that this is Geekyranjit’s first encounter with an audiophile-grade headphone. If he enjoys this, he can never go back to the Sonys and Boses. I entreat Geekyranjit to use more audiophile brands like Beyerdynamic, Shure, HiFiman, etc. I, on the other hand, never knew that Yamaha makes headphones. So, many thanks for this video!

Just google where you can buy these offline and then go to store and try it out , most stores let you try...i tried sony xm4 and bose quiet comfort in croma store ...that way it will fulfil your curiosity😂

Yamaha 😎 My favorite keyboard right now in the market. Yamaha psr sx 900. They are incredible in audio equipment and their output will be phenomenal. Glad they are making a comeback in headphones segment.

Which headphone would you say is most comfortable for full day 8 to 9 hour calls for big ears. I generally feel stress along jaw line and it leads to headache after few hours on most headphones :(.

0:51 is that dell laptop your daily driver or review unit which u are testing it. Please post the review for the same since very few reviews are available for dell laptop from Indian tech youtuber and I feel as per my experience after apple and Toshiba, dell is the company which make laptop that last long without any issues(except battery typical windows affair) however they charge there premium.

I have ordered myself a pair. I am really excited to try it out. Edit: I have tested the headphones and in my opinion you should buy it only if you use android phones. There is an audible difference in quality when used with an iPhone, iPad, MacBook vs the like of Note and Galaxy phones. It sounds much better on android phones that have aptx support. I don’t like the way it sounds through my iPhone. Apple is to be blamed for it.

Those are open-back headphones, my friend. The Soundstage is very wide in Sundara. The sound signature is neutral with a slight dip in the sub-bass region below 50hz. Since it is a planar magnetic headphone, the bass in this is very tight, fast, and impactful. Overall, it is the best open-back planar magnetic headphone at that price range. P.S: You will be going to hate the soundstage of XM4s after listening to Sundara. 😁

I have the Sony Xm4’s and honestly I was considering buying these too but im not convinced these are any better especially for $150 more then the xm4’s sound amazing and have a full eq control on the Sony app and variable anc. But one thing is I am a big bass head. Im curious how it is on the Yamaha’s. Sony’s bass is pretty good

I have a sennheiser hd 598 and a Sony XM3, and I think I know what Ranjit means when he talks about soundstage and neutral sound. The XM3 is great, but not neutral sounding.. The Sennheiser HD 598, on the other hand is very neutral. But the soundstages is excellent - with incredible spatial separation and clarity, especially when paired with an amp. The sony XM3 and XM4 lack in that area. I suspect these Yamahas are closer to my Sennheiser in terms of sound signature.

Those are excellent value for the price the audio quality that you get on M50x is amazing. Audio Technica has also released a bluetooth version but I haven't tested that have the wired version of the M50x.

If calls are important forget about the Sony as they have the weakest microphone quality, I don't have the latest Bose NC700 has the earlier Bose QC35 and that also had excellent microphone. I was happy and surprised with the mic quality on this Yamaha considering how average quality the Sony XM4 and Xm4 mic quality was. But if you are mostly into calls etc not bothered about Sound then check the Jabra Evolve series of headsets they are primary designed for long calls and conferences kind of situations.
