My opinion: the basu sisters is the strongest cause they are subcumbuss or whatever you call them things and they have powers. And that’s enough to defeat ayano but there in disguise on earth so they can’t. Next is raibaru: no need to say why My last guess is ayano since she is stronger than budo and doesn’t do the materiel arts club
