3 Step Moving Push Hands (Sam bu tui sou) combines the two hand joint operations with moving steps. This pattern focuses on moving together with your partner utilizing the basic stances and footwork from the basic solo form. Once proficient , 3 step push hands can be used spontaneously to adapt to various angles of attack.
Andy Wong has been practicing Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan for 45 years through the lineage of the Tung Family. His teacher, Mak Ying Po, was a disciple of Tung Ying Chieh and followed him for over 30 years. Andy learned in the traditional manner as an indoor disciple of Mak Ying Po and continues to pass on his knowledge.
