God's Rambo and his Ghost Camaro

Not Michael Knight but Helge Meyer "a loner on a crusade to champion the cause of the innocent, the helpless, the powerless". With the help of the US forces he took a standard Camaro and turned it into an armored lifeline for those in need in the former Yugoslavia.
Thanks to Helge for supplying us with the reference photos at the end of this video and for putting us straight on some of the points in the text. Any errors or embellishments are our own.

its not true, 30 seconds of a google will tell you, if your curious as to why i think its not true. basically why would an army commander be stationed at an airbase why would a transportation airbase have stealth paint and if they did why would they give it to a random Danish dude with no clearance, green berets have NEVER train anyone not in the us military, they do joint excersies but that's different, he wouldve been 8-10 years old when he received said training. hes poorly written german book was never translated into english where it would be more scrunitized and probably dismissed fairly quickly, do i need to go on? hollywood probably stayed away from this weird ass story for a reason, very cool story i wanted to read more, i was all in, but than two seconds of google and now im sad.

He's the kind of person to be turned into a saint by the Catholic church in 50 or 100 years after his death. Imagine the description of it though "Saint Helge Meyers was a soldier of the Danish special forces who drove a heavily modified, blacked out Camaro into war-torn Yugoslavia to deliver aid to civilians stuck in the Yugoslavian Civil War at that time, he did all of his aid runs unarmed and with his Holy Bible at his side."

Well, he'd have to be Catholic (he's likely this or Lutheran) and of exceptional character and faith. And a papal commission of scholars and secular scientists would have to research his deeds to determine whether a truly miraculous act had taken place. Personally? I think he could at the very least get a papal commendation upon his death.

I have family who are from Vareš in Bosnia. They always told us stories about an American bringing them food, water, clothes and medicine in a fast, dark car, usually at night. This reminds me of the paratrooper medics who made a hospital in a church in Normandy and treated soldiers of both sides, that one was truly amazing and this story is also quite touching.

Seeings as we're currently talking about the former Yugoslavia, I'd like to request a video on Nordbat 2. It was the nordic UN peacekeeping battalion deployed to the mission in 1993-1994 and was made up by primarly swedes, but also included a norwergian field hospital and a danish tank company. The battalion gained a wellearned reputation of often bending and breaking the rules of engagment, saving the lives of countless civilians for doing so. The surronding factions also quickly found out that Nordbat 2 was not to be messed with, as any attacks would see instant response. Sorry about the rambling, but while it's not a danish Knight Rider drifting around a warzone, it's truly an amazing sory and I'd love to see you cover it.

Why isn't there a movie about this?! It's word for word Hollywood culture! Yarnhub, your videos just get better and better. The 3D details, the story, everything checks out wonderfully. Even the physics of the car's driving match up rather well, which no one can seem to do. I very much approve of the music choice too. This is a highly appreciated gift for these times, where we look upon an ever more chaotic political situation, waiting for a beacon of savior. Now, whether said beacon will be the headlights of a souped-up sports car taken straight out of Mad Max and handed over to the people who created KITT, is still up for debate.
