In this Video I will be installing a turbo onto my 2006 nissan pathfinder as my previous one died. starting to get more mods for my car which include replacement turbo piping and a new intercooler however my turbo blew its seals so I had to replace that first.
There will be more videos coming soon as I plan to go out on trips and do more mods.

For low torque bolts your best option is the budget one from Wiggle or chain reaction cycles, been using it for years on my mountain bikes 2-24 Nm nothing wrong with it and it does everything lower end

Hey mate, bout to tackle this myself, was there 3 or 4 bolts to attach turbo to exaust manifold?

Great stuff! I have the 2012 model (same thing really) and found your video today as I am thinking of adding a CCT turbo myself, just coz. How has the performance been so far? And did/will you upgrade the exhaust to go with it? Looking forward to more content!

So this is my second CCT turbo the first one died however I sent that back under warranty and they agreed with me that it was a defect from factory not anything installed wrong. Had the new one you have seen on my car for about 1k km now and there’s been no issues, car is running slightly cooler so proves I just had bad luck. Seen people out there with them having 95k plus Km on it so just unlucky I guess. I have the three inch PPD performance stainless exhaust along side of it high flow muffler opposed to straight through. One thing I have heard with the series 4 turbo from cct is to replace their electronic sensor with your factory one as it was more reliable. Thank you for the support! Hope this helps

Do you need to buy new banjo bolts and washers? Same bolt for oil and coolant ?

I'm looking at replacing my turbo charger on my 07 r51 pathfinder and well no videos for that model but this a near exact one so real helpful there 😁

Glad it helped! As yours is an 07 should be the exact same apart from the fact I upgraded mine. Yours would also be the euro 4 Yd25

@@cooperr518 handy to know, my neighbours old boy did it opposite way to u, he left the pipes on and struggled to rebolt them after he put new turbo on ... 😆, but yea real help cheers.

Hey man sorry this comment is a year late but just wondering what the process was before removing the old turbo? Did you dump the old oil and coolant first then refill after the new one was installed? Cheers for the content!!

I left oil in the engine but dropped coolant. Then refill coolant after installed again. Can get away without doing oil but can do it if you want

I just got a pathy and am really into modifying things. Did you go with the stage 1 or 2 CCT? did it need a retune? Any supporting mods Cheers

Hey mate I got a stage one however I wouldn’t recommend it. As I have had two of their stage one turbos on my car and both have blown up. Making a video soon to talk about it but wouldn’t recommend I’ve had and heard too many issues. Better off getting a garret highflowed

I'm trying to remove the dpf cover o I can replace my turbo cause it shit itself I'm about to pull the angle grinder out fn pissing me off so bad I'm an aussie with big chunky hands how the f did they bolt this together got me stumped

I’m lucky enough to not have a dpf model. Probably better off cutting it out anyway. Just keep in mind it’s illegal and you’ll have to tune it out or you’ll get error codes
