I was watching a John Creedan yolk on RTE player where he travels around Ireland anda small section of this song started to play. I Shazammed it and found absolute magic. Amazing musician and amazing tune.

@@MurarichSiberian the foggy dew is another way of saying the battle field. He may be drafted into the army and wants to keep off the foggy dew. Associated with War. He is covering up her head to protect her shes is crying because if he goes to war he might die.

What an excruciating experience ! I feel like I'm dying ( don't get me wrong, I usually feel like that anyway ... ) . The video is suitably captivating as well ! I just got sent here by somebody's comment on an S. O'Connor meets the mighty Chiefs in a dub stylee vid, and I'm no way going to slag off such a spirited performer, but I think you'd be surprised how much I wish I''d allow myself that luxury. You guys are clearly the Jimi Hendrix of being the Brighde Chaimbeul of singing.
