Honestly, after getting Jingliu myself she really is just so lovely 😭

you can also try a bronya, luocha, blade and jingliu team as she can steal his hp for even faster stacks

One thing to note about your ERR rope test, is that jingliu gets 20 energy from her skill (so same as basic) but 30 energy per enhanced skill.

You can check the exact number of how much energy you have when pressing on the character, it takes you to the screen where you see stats, buffs etc. right beside your hp you can see the energy "x/140" in Jingliu´s case

You can you quantum set on jingliu as well. Dmg is similar to ice set when enemy has quantum weakness it out performs ice set

i saved 4 months for her! got her e1s1, and ended up with two bronya eidolons so she's e2s1 now after the pulls. Jingliu is really amazing and just the dps i wanted, makes gameplay a walk in the park. i just need to get better boots and an orb primarily...

I got Jingliu and her LC at early pity and she’s amazing. She’s so much more fun than Yanqing in my opinion

You want ATK rope on Jingliu in all cases, except if you're running her with E6 Tingyun. In that specific case ER rope + E6 Tingyun will be able to consistently recharge Jingliu burst 1 turn faster which allows you chain together a longer enhanced state.

If you press C during your characters turn your able to see the exact amount of energy they have, just for future reference

Jingliu is like splash dmg Seele that doesn‘t need to kill the target and only use a max of 2 skill points ( and that even without the crit rate buff)

don't force sets if your sub stats are bad sub stats > set bonuses set bonuses provide minimal stat buff, except for Vonwacq and maybe quantum set

i luckily got her E2 and shes nutty as hell, really love her play style and she does so much damage

11:19 in fact, you could still have Bronya buff Jingliu's ultimate, you just had to use Jingliu's ult before her enhanced state animation ended.

You can press C during combat and see the numeric amount of energy your character has at that point. That is probably a way better indication of ER% rope vs atk% than the wobbly visuals of the in-fight meter :)

just a note you can look at your status screen and to the left of the character name it will show their energy in number form ie 75/120 energy

when testing energy gains, do know that killing enemies also give energy. also u can see how much energy a character have by opening their info in combat. its press c by default on pc

I never realised how insanely lucky I got with relics for Jingliu until watching this video for comparison. I’ve got her E0S1 with 144 speed, 42 CR and 250 CD, full ice set and rutilant arena while only having gone into the ice relic domain 3 times (and some glove synthesising afterwards). She’s insanely good and so much fun to play, especially when I pair her with my blade for a double DPS team. Definitely glad I pulled for her.

I managed to get her lightcone, even at 1/1 (no dopes of either ) she’s basically killing everything @ level 50 ( day 8 ish of PS5) PS: she went from 3K to 7K damage with the LC.

I’m so happy I got her! She was such a buff to my acc! Made moc 10 trivial

I just started playing for real a few days ago and I’m glad I got into the game when I did because I just HAD to have her even with no artifacts she’s carrying me so hard I luckily also got e1 tingyun from her banner

i switched out pela for welt, since hes def shredding and slowing enemy's. i call it stop and smash. works great!

As someone with over 40 architects orbs out of which 2 have def main stat (TWO!) I felt that intro in my bones, man.

I agree about Jing Yuan. I think Jung Yuan and Blade are made to be played on a dual dps ir with a sub dps. Gonna test Topaz with JingYuan, and i love to use Blade with Daniel.

Shes honestly my favorite character happy I got her. I was starting to really get bored playing daily since before I got her didn't have anyone else I liked. Was stuck with a yanqing really despise him. Just need one more dps I love then account will be set, got great supports just not many dps.

Tomorrow is the double event planwr fissue so I'm going to farm W7 only. I need a better ATK rope. Yes Broken Kneel does stack. Before combat my JingLiu has 180 CD, in combat she has 200. She gets the 10 from Fu's BK as well as Tingyun's BL set.

You can see how much energy a character currently has in the character screen while in battle right beside the hp bar

You can run atk main stat boots. Shes 105 base with traces. Three rolls of 6 and three 4s is enough to get her to 135. Then just e rope and stack CD.

if you speed tune bronya and use ult off cooldown there is no difference between er and atk rope in terms of energy

I have JingLiu... then got her LC with 2 pulls in banner... and yeah shes strong and super easy to build

I got jingliu but didnt have bronya was trying to reach level 35 to try and see if i get bronya but got bailu lightcone, i have bailu btw and then did a single pull nd actually got bronya so i m very happy 😊

Man I wish I had Bronya. It's nutty how much extra damage she allows Jingliu to do. Without Bronya's buff I can get Jingliu to roughly 80K damage while in her buffed talent state. Would be neat to see that number go into the six digit range.

Well.. the gear at start was definitely relatable, almost rage quit over Jingliu because of how horrible the gear farm/rolls went on her.. my gear isn't much better lol (probably worse actually)

On one hand its nice to have a new broken dps, on the other its really unhealthy for the game to have a new best dps every single version

I'll be honest, if you have a fast Bronya, speed is absolutely worthless on your main DPS. Go for the extra attack and just give all of Bronya's turns to Jingliu. As for energy rope vs ATK%, the energy regen just isn't worth it compared to the damage gain from another ATK% mainstat, especially if you roll half decent crit subs. Jingliu with >3000 ATK goes hard. People think Bronya should be speed tuned slower than their DPS. Those people haven't thought it through. Tune Bronya to be as fast as you can possibly make her, and it won't matter if her first turn comes before your DPS, cause she's gonna get two more before the cycle ends. If your Bronya gets three turns, your DPS gets three turns because Bronya is giving her turns to them, so forget precision speed tuning entirely and just make Bronya _go fast_ TL:DR: If Bronya is on the team, speed boots on the DPS are a waste of a mainstat.

Far and away Jingliu's best comp is Bronya and Pela plus any solo sustain unit. Due to the extra turns she provides, Bronya is far superior to any other harmony when paired with Jingliu. Running to buffers, like adding Tingyun, is going to run you into a diminishing returns problem on the buffs. In the case of Jingliu, Pela(especially at E4 where she gains ice res shred) is superior to Silver Wolf. This is almost entirely due to Pela having AoE def shred compared to Silver Wolf's ST def shred. Also, do NOT run ER link rope, its purely a DPS loss. Jingliu should have no problem using her ult once per enhanced state, andY yu should only be using Jingliu's ult when in the enhanced state since it hits like a truck and gives you an extra stack to boot. It is almost never worth it to use the ult outside of enhanced state, ie to enter enhanced state. You're leaving an upsurd amount of damage on the table by doing so

That's really low crit rate, honestly just go for broken set. Ice set 4 piece effect is really not worth it at all considering how much crit damage Jingliu has, I just go 2 pc speed and not have to worry about speed substats to get 135 speed.
