Great interview! CommanderX released a Casores interview that covers why Proper wasn't picked up for anyone interested. It dropped right around the time this one did though so the guys would have no way of knowing at the time of this interview.

Region lock feels a bit weird. It’s like the reverse of “If you can’t beat them join them” like “We can’t beat you, join us” to the Koreans. Then you add on top of that only 2 Korean teams can go international while they were 60% of Tier 1… even with western player bias from budget teams. Then failed to include China. It feels wrong, unfair even. I get people think 60% Korean was unfair but they got there by being insane at the game, now the rest of the world gets here by being helped by the system? It’s different no?
