Yellow Loostrife - Plant Profile

Today I wanted to show you all the beautiful Yellow Loosestrife, or some of you may know it as Circle Flower, that we have blooming. I find these flowers to be extremely attractive as they have a really unique growth pattern to them. These flowers are also amazing for growing in Wisconsin gardens because they are quite hardy and can tolerate many different growing conditions and substrate types as well.

Hi, lovely flowers 😊 My neighbor hates the yellow loosestrife so she was tossing it away for I don’t know how long. Now it grows wild in the field and ditches nearby. I’d brought my own plant when I moved here and the first thing she said was how much I was going to hate that plant. I said I’ve had it three years and do t hate it yet lol So now it’s all around the back of my property 😊 Lucky me!

Its the most incredible plant, I love it, and have lots of it in my cottage garden!

Gorgeous, for some reason I'm more attracted to yellow, orange and blue flowers than pink and purple.

I love your garden. You have lots of plants that we have here in England. Nice video. I've just been given some loosestrife and look forward to them blooming.

I just planted this and it’s looking nothing like this. I’ve done all the things I’m told with this. Wonder what I’m doing wrong?

It's one of those zone 4 perennial plants here in Minnesota that pretty much grows itself, water it when dry until it's established and we are in the second year of big trout in Minnesota and I haven't watered anyting in my yard which as a foot of wood chip mulch on top of the soil and a mix of zone Ford perennials, trying to locate more natives to get more of the interesting bees here, sure what's going wrong with yours and perhaps I can help
