The Australian dream is home ownership , unless we all want to be a Gardner , maintenance , builder realestate agent , homes don’t create jobs . The Australian dream should be entrepreneurship.

People can only afford so much House prices in some cases doubled in price in the last couple of years. No wonder ppl can’t sell then buy back because the can’t afford it. Everything is over priced Homes worth $270 now over $400k Units worth $220 selling for around $380 It’s insane! I’m seeing alot of new cars being sold online so unless you’re top of town everyone is feeling it. My question is what is the breaking point?

Huh, if you sell in a high market and buy back in it makes no difference. It’s all relative. Most new cars are listed at a higher than new buy price, taking advantage of the huge wait times on new cars.

@@oggyoggy1299 Yes that’s correct. My main point was how house prices have almost doubled in the last couple of years it’s ridiculous. Now the only thing that seems to keep them high is a shortage.

Adding a huge margin on their iconic shoe is a weird business decision because for many customers it will be their first and - if disappointed enough - their last encounter with the brand.

I can tell his assists far outstrip any debt he might have. He’s sold well over a few billion $ of property. Work the commission out on that.

All I see is a sleezy real estate agent! Are they listening to themselves, people will be forced to lose their home. They are people have families that have nowhere to go. It's honestly sickening. God job this dude is real estate agent as he has no idea.
