What a high quality, well written, directed and acted show! And the scenery is breathtaking; especially when the cowboys ride into the distance. It is such a refreshing gem of a show to watch and enjoy amongst the constant junk on the networks and streaming channels. And the character Rip - a key and much loved figure who is a large part of the likeability of this show.

Just read a comment about rip being given the ranch. I agree. The comment was made about beth not having the stibility to run it maybe so but she has the smarts. KAYSE said he would choose family over the Yellowstone. Jamie deserves the train station . And that leaves rip to inherit it

This show is awesome. It is fiction, but very well written and casted. My wife comes from a Montana ranch and the challenges are real. They aren't as dramatic, but there is an influx of west coast wealth moving in and causing problems for the Montana natives, especially ranchers.

The ranch they film on is actually called another name and they have a Yellowstone Ranch sign a little ways down the gated entrance but I can’t remember the name of the ranch.

Alec would be great as a nearby ranch owner that is facing the same struggles tge duttons are because of the placement of this “airport”. And as a bonus he could be a little competition for Rip. Beth has a hard time settling down. The jealousy factor could give us a little “heat”, cause everyone knows once the boy and girl get together - the show gets boring. Taylor has done well keeping the interest level up. It’s not an easy task writing and keeping things fresh.

Bad info on freedom of speech. Companies can absolutely prohibit an employee from posting anything on social media. The first amendment is a prohibition from government limitations, not private parties.

Have you actually watched a single episode of Yellowstone? You will quickly see that the actors have been in normal proximity to one another while on camera for the entire show. We call that "real life". Pretty difficult to do a kissing scene or a sex scene while 8 feet apart. And look at how many scenes take place within the cab of a pick-up truck, or at the dinner table. Again, have you actually watched a single episode of Yellowstone?

Can movies and shows stop with having sex scenes were you know they are not really having sex because the jeans are still on. And women having their bras on only tell you they hace a clause in the contract to not be nude. Hbo are better that way. I rather watch a basic instinct type of sex scene than a sex scene with clothes on.

Some of the worst writing I've seen in any show. No script continuity. No continuity by make-up "artists". See Danny Houston's blood when he's dying, and then later, when he's in the body bag. What about the bomb in the now dead Becks' plane? Where is Tate's horse? Did they just take him to the train station, too? Kayce has never murdered anyone? Really? Unless you count Teal on the toilet, or the idiot in the trailer who beat up Jimmy's grandfather, or the people while he was in the military. Reasons don't matter...it's still murder. On & on I could go. Beth should be committed; Jamie and Kayce should grow balls. John needs to stop sticking his tongue into the left side of his mouth in EVERY scene. And "Debbie Downer" Monica....OMG! But what a great show. Oh we Americans are starved for something of quality on TV.

You said the kids are smart despite not having a standard education. Lol do you not know what our failing education system is like? And no I’m not saying anything bad about our teachers or lack there of or the fact that they have do much more than try to get to teaching the failed youth of today. These acting kids are way much better off not at a (Standard) school. 🙏🏻 for the children and do anything you can to help and love this television show it really is a good one. ✌🏻
