The collaboration is held once a month and is now hosted by Happy Trails Hiking. There are have many locations covered in Wildlife Wednesday. They range from backyards in Canada to the islands of Costa Rica! Each channel that has participated in the collaboration had their own Style and that is fine! We encourage all kinds of channels to get involved!

Yellowstone National Park is an amazing destination where there's an abundance of wildlife. There are almost 400 species of birds, fish, amphibians, reptiles, and mammals found in the park with birds making up nearly 300 of these. We've visited Yellowstone twice and enjoyed spotting wildlife as we hiked and drove around the park. There are a few spots in Yellowstone such as the Lamar Valley and the east side of the Grand Loop Road where it is almost guaranteed to see some animals. Some of the most notable animals that we saw were a red fox, coyote, elk, pronghorn antelope, bison, and cougar.

You nailed it, bonding is exactly what watching wildlife did for us (and many other visitors in the park). When visiting Yellowstone, you never know what animals and how many of them you will see. There is so much more than what we showed. Thank you very much guys!

WoW! Amazing catch of wildlife 😳👍 The one I loved the most was that big male bison smoking ....Lol! 😂 He was calling good ! 🤪 But that cougar was also a incredible moment to catch , imagine if you could’ve caught him running after it just before ! 🙃 Have a great evening the 3 of you ! The bison early morning was impressive! We felt super lucky to see the cougar. You're right, we probably missed the kill by a few minutes only. We just stayed away and did everything to not disturb it. Merci beaucoup Hélène et Serge, bonne soiree!

Little Man took some really good pictures during this trip. They are usually blurry but the bison ones turned out pretty good :D You are right, the cougar footage really is of a lifetime. The Lamar valley is such a unique spot and getting the chance to see wildlife naturally is just a cool aspect of it! Cool to see the animals you guys captured my friend! Cool shot of the cougar, natural aspect of life and getting to see it first hand is great!

YELLOWSTONE is the BEST place to see wildlife hands down, great shots ,especially liked the fox.I saw 2 bull moose racking horns across a creek years ago.😀

Great wildlife photos and videos. The Red Fox and and the steaming Bison where my favorites. Cougars are so hard to spot and see. It must have been amazing to see it in person. The shot of father and son sitting with binoculars watching wildlife is priceless. Great wildlife Wednesday video.

The red fox hanged around for a long time, it was fun to watch. The cougar sighting was so random and cool. It didn't seem like we disturbed him because we were far enough. After he brought the antelope in the woods, a few people walked nearby, not knowing what they had just missed. Thank you so much Lance!

In this video, 90% was filmed with our Nikon Z6. For the cougar and the antelope, it was from 2017 and we used Nikon D610 and Sony S100. Thank you very much Angela!

I loved this video and I have a dog and two cats and live in the country I have had five cougar encounters from the same pack of cougars in daylight I’m so glad you took these perconsions I had a cyote encounter the other night walking my dog it was eating another dog and I always keep my small service dog in at dusk dawn and twilight she usally dosent Need pee pads because I carry bear spray at night after there quick bathroom breaks they go in for the night go out five times a day my sister said she can’t take her dog I just thought thank goodness because of the dangerous wildlife ever since my encounters I’m always caustious and I’m so glad you take perconsions and respect the wildlife unlike some people

@@WithinHikingDistance I had a mountion lion encounter one night and I dident notice it untill my dogs where barking inside my house I saw it I pulled out my bear spray and ended up bear spray not just the lion but myself and had to call in sick because I clean for work and work with chemails and just not a good idea and I just backed into my shop I have walked talkies and radioed my sister she came down with her bear spray and big dog we scared the lion away that was really scary I know have detached hemerages I just stay inside know with my dog when sunsets twilight and sunrise

Hi. Thanks for watching our video. We mainly use the Nikon Z6 for most of our videos and we shoot and upload in 4K. There are a few clips in our wildlife video (i.e. cougar) that were shot in 1080 and predated the Nikon Z6, but those clips were converted to 4K in post.

Oh, you would have a blast in Yellowstone then! The bison are amazing every time, we just can't get tired of seeing them. For the cougar, we were on a trail that had almost no foot traffic (but it was close to the road). So lucky it felt almost unreal. I haven't seen this video but will check it out, thanks for the tip. @@WithinHikingDistance that is so amazing, I've always wanted to see a cougar. i've had similar unreal feelings, when I stumbled upon a timberwolf while fishing, and totally caught him off guard..he was massive, and a lynx in a similar situation. I think you would really like that public lands vid, and the one on mining in the minnesota l. superior region...the narration on that one is amazing!
