Choi Yena is from IZone, the best visual girl group in Korea.

Yena was a member of IZ*ONE and this is her solo debut after the group disbanded. I believe she is the third member to make her solo debut. Two others members also made their debut back in December in IVE, a group that set the record for the fastest girl group to win a music show after their debut. The reason for the combo of Yena and Bibi is that they became friends after they did the show Girls High School Mystery Club last year (they were the youngest members so it makes sense they clicked). The second season of it (with all the previous cast including Bibi and Yena returning) started up a few weeks ago. It is similar to the Great Escape show I mentioned before but focused more on one large mystery in a single sitting rather than going from location to location. It is a great show and is actually how I discovered Bibi (I knew Yena and some of the other cast from other shows I watched). Despite very different styles musically, they work very well together and Bibi is killed as the villain. While Bibi has been able to do one live performance with Yena, most of them feature Yena doing Bibi's verse. I love the rocker vibe of this, another song off her new album also has a rocker vibe, I don't think I've seen a K-Pop artist rocking a microphone like that before, they usually just do choreo, but don't put on the rock/pop rock style persona, so I love her for doing this, changing K-Pop, keeping it fresh.

BIBI's part toooooooo short I think she got ripped off on this one.. becuz noone literally mentions BIBI in Yena's video... Yena's been lip synching this song "live" without BIBI and replaced BIBI's voice with Yena's. I hope for next time... BIBI can refuse being a featuring artist in K-Pop songs.. she is great as soloist and with other KR&B & KHH artists. Everytime BIBI appears in Kpop, noone gives a shit about her. It's sad
